Something about eastern Texas that nixed it for my sister's retirement search was the projected sea level rise. Hope you guys are considering this as well.
I think it's great that you two are starting your own channel. How exciting and brave. Just a few notes, when you get better with your editing, you can insert pictures or video of what you're talking about. The internet has shorten people's attention span and usually you get about three seconds to get someone's attention. So videos along with talking, but just being a one-sided talk show usually doesn't take off fast, need something to stimulate the internet brain of people and our short attention spans. Nature is a great stimulant for brain. You both have great speaking voices, a big, big plus. I'm a subscriber and pulling for your future growth. If it's slow, it's not you, it's the internet.
Thank you for your feedback...we definitely have a lot to learn with editing...quite the learning curve ;-) In our next video (being released 1/1/22), we are going to see if we can figure out how to cut to other pictures or video to switch it up a bit. Take care and Happy 2022!
@@tworebelsoffgrid oh ok, total different direction. Good luck to y’all. We will be buying property pretty soon as well down towards the south west portion of Texas hill country
Arkansas hurricanes nah. Tornadoes are worse some places in state then others. If your actually in the mountain regions it's fairly low. The heat is sweltering in the river valley n delta. Wildfires r not really a problem. South and East and ouachitas is wetter. It's grow 8 in valley n delta. No exotics really sum cold hardy palms bananas. Peaches able to do. Great state tho
Good to know! Arkansas really is beautiful and we loved the mountaineous parts! Ouachitas was the area we were looking in and like that grow zone. Thanks so much for your feedback and we appreciate you tuning it. Happy New Year!
Excellent
Thank you so much 😀
