To feel a connection within 4 minutes with no dialogue is a hard thing to accomplish, but the team behind each music video does a great job. Also helps when there's good music in the background.

I couldn’t run, couldn’t go to school, I couldn’t even type too fast on the computer without seizing. I was in a wheelchair for six months until I got sick and tired of not being in control. I started working out against my dr’s suggestion. 3 months of intense physical therapy and I was walking on my own again without seizing. A year and a half later I’m a whole state away from home living independently and in a job that I love. This hits home so hard for me. No matter your disability, physical or mental, don’t let that stop you. Don’t let that hold you back. You may have to modify things, but that doesn’t mean you can’t accomplish things you could before. Small steps are huge ones in the end. Fight on and don’t give up hope on yourself.
