Time doesn’t mean anything reliability means everything
Feel like the batteries aren’t fairly sized among all the drills used
Can't see any drills in this video, though
That's an impact driver not a drill
What did your brand loose like really bad 😔 lmao 😂 what impact do you have???
@@TacticalThibThank you so much for the clarification, I have no idea the difference 😂 Have the Milwaukee/Hilti impacts but this test is pointless regardless
Proves nothing, no such thing as a bad power tool these days it’s more of a brand investment and being honest with yourself asking yourself the question “how much or often am I going to use these tools or more power tools ?”
I see a lot of people buy high end tools for play and never use them, then I see people buy the cheapest stuff and go make a small fortune with them and hustle all there is to get out of em.
It’s the user, the platform of tools offered, commonality/availability of the tools on top of performance, weight etc.
Flex baby! That's my line right now! Just got that impact with a 6ah and 3.5ah kit that I haven't broken in yet. P.S. looking at those prices and Flex isn't that expensive compered to the rest.
I agree. Me too got that kit. Will be breaking them in soon
Founders addition here
Flex and Milwaukee love them both
I tried but that thing feels like carrying a cement block all day. Way too heavy for an impact driver. Metabo and Milwaukee for me
I agree with you flex tools are awesome I enjoy using them daily
Hilti is the most overrated and overpriced brand. Way better brands for cheaper.
All Hilti Nuron tools have the same battery/tool interface. All of them. If you are a fleet customer, when you put a battery on the Nuron charger the charger uploads to the cloud usage data gathered from the battery. (where, when, run time, trigger pulls by day etc) what tool that battery was connected to by day and the health of that individual battery. Fleet customers receive a replacement battery before they even know their battery is dying. Nuron drives productivity on and off the jobsite. Hilti for the Win
Ilike all tools, but my favourite is Bosch, The like Hilti. One thing they both have in common, is that they both are astrong well.made, durable tools.
Why not use the bigger metabo battery like on the other tools?
Because they have to give the others a fair chance . The fact metabo isn't in most of driver battles is suspicious. The German made one's are even better.
Flex kicked Milwaukee's butt ! With less money... I said always the expensive one tool is not always the better!
Does the metabo auto click the bits in or do you have to pull the collar out to accept the bits and then it locks them in place??? My dewalt it just pops in and locks.. please respond!!
I like Flex and Milwaukee as my primaries and the Metabo as the secondary
The Bosch doesn’t cost that much I just checked amazon 220 with 2 4 amp batteries and a charger
Its not always about speed. How many years can i get out of this tool?
I'm guessing all those drills will be dead long before they Hilti probably by at least twenty years.
Don't forget Bosch too, because Bosch, like Hilti, are very durable, long lasting tools.
So far im loving my flex tools.....really wish they woukd come put with a miter saw and in a perfect world a table saw.....they have high AH batteries so i dont see why they wont
Lol 😂 Flex does have a cordless miter saw, you can see a video of it here on UA-cam from the actual company. They have 2 channels on youtube, Red Flex which is euro spec and Black Flex which is Flex North America. If you look at the euro flex they already got videos posted on it, they just finishing getting it setup on the North America platform 🤙
@@athannaelanderson3806 ohhhh lol i didnt realise that thanks
@@nicksinclair2407 not a problem Brother
@@athannaelanderson3806 German Flex is a different line of tools. They're not the same and they're not compatible. If 18v red Flextronic/Flex has a miter saw, that doesn't mean black 24v Flex in the US is going to have one.
Honestly, for something like a cordless miter saw, you're going to be forking out a lot of money ($600-$1000). It might be best to go with a brand that's been in the business of making miter saws for a long, long time, like DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee, Hitachi, -Bosch,- etc. With those you'll have multiple options to get the right size and weight for your purposes. If you're keeping it in a van all week, and you're cutting trim or framing lumber, you'd want a DeWalt, M18 Fuel, or Hitachi 7.25"/185mm or Makita 8.5"/215mm that's lightweight and streamlined.
If it's in a woodshop, you probably want something larger and more refined.
For a miter saw, I don't personally go with the battery line I'm in, because it's a big enough investment that it doesn't matter, and more important to get what's right for your job. Batteries last forever on miter saws anyway.
@@histguy101 woodshops aren’t mobile hence they run on the grid…
Love my Hilti nuron. Maybe try the next step up battery like the b22-85 as it is more comparable to the rest of the batteries.
Why don’t they give us amp hours with hilti
@@devonbradley3395 because Amps do not say the full story of a battery, anyway b22(22 volts) - 85Wh (watts/hour) , if you divide 85 by 22 you will find the Amps, now try to make the math the other way arround with 18v and 5.2amp milwaukee or bosch or makita or flex and see what Wh result you get, and see who gets the higher numbers.
@@devonbradley3395Ah and Wh are pointless. The capacity is dependent on the load. V/R=I (amps). So their testing to determine the Ah. Take them with a grain of salt. They’re really only good for comparing batteries between brands. A battery hooked up to a 500 mA load is going to give you more Ah than a battery hooked up to a 5A load. So it all depends on the load they use for testing.
@@gabrielioan6513they’re not 22V. They’re 6 cells in series. They are 21.6V nominal and 25.2V max.
Hilti all the way .faster didn't mean anything. You can compare them after some years,HILTI WILL BE THE ONLY ONE ;)
The cheapest is the best who knew, everyone
the metabo Hpt had the smallest battery 2.5 against 12 and 8 amps Milwaukee give you a Gen4 you should give me the gen3 won't hurt you must love a** ho
Flex 💪
Flex all day baby!!! Team flex 💪
I worked at a company who got us a couple of hilti tools. Never heard of them until then and i must say i loved them. But for me to buy them they need to be a little cheaper and more available
Hilti is just an over priced brand where you can get better for cheaper. Easily Milwaukee, Metabo hpt and Makita
that wasn't newest Milwaukee
I'll take the slowest one i get paid by the hour
The life time warranty on the Flex if bought before the end of this year makes it the winner hands down no question,no debate.
The metabo has way better ergonomics and weights 2 pounds… has life time warranty on all cordless power tool body’s
My most favorite is the Flex Quick Eject Brushless Impact Driver with 6.0Ah, 3.5Ah or 10.0Ah Stack Lithium Ion Pouch cell battery. And the secondary is The Metabo/HiKoki Triple Hammer Brushless Impact Driver Multi-volt with 4.0Ah 21700 cell battery. That's it! Otherwise Makita TD172 (aka XDT-19) is great tool to have for all around use.
I'd say flex Milwaukee then Makita matabo then this brick of a battery on the Hilti
Matabo hpt does not have a one handed collet that's why I put the further down 👇
When will these manufacturers get it. Make their impacts as fast as drills and they’ll win every UA-cam review.
Marius, thank you thank you thank you for putting the timer up in your videos!
There are a few other channels that don't do this and it drives me nuts! Lol
How can we truly know which tool performed better without this critical piece of information!
Love your channel. Keep up the great work.
God Bless!
It's those cat powered glives
Nice video
Hello
Please use impact sockets. Thanks!
I have the new Flex, Milwaukee and Metabo but my personal preference is Metabo bc of the weight and price. As a DIYs, I think the Metabo is perfect, also like it bc it is a Hybrid!
What’s a hybrid?
@@athannaelanderson3806 It's cordless but can also plug into a wall and be corded
@@histguy101 why not just buy corded than? Clearly their bats suck than lol 😂
@@athannaelanderson3806 They have great batteries. All their 36v tools can be used with an adapter and plugged into the wall. If you're running a table saw, or shop vac, or something else that draws a lot of power, it's nice to have the option.
If you're ripping 2x lumber on a Milwaukee table saw, you're gonna burn through 12.0 batteries faster than you can charge them (unless you have more than 3 available). And then you'll be stuck waiting.
You'd probably never use the adapter with a drill or impact driver, although it does indeed work.
@@histguy101 idk I’ve never had a problem with Flex providing all day power.
