Hey there, ever wondered about the age-old debate of Government vs Private jobs in India?
In my latest video, I went deep into this topic, exploring every aspect you need to know.
From the staggering statistics of UPSC exams, where only 0.2% succeed, to the allure of government perks like medical benefits, travel allowances, and job security, we cover it all.
But despite these advantages, why do 43% of students prefer private sector jobs over the 37% opting for government positions? Could it be the promise of greater opportunities, career growth, and timely salary increments in private companies? Join me as we unravel the mystery and find out which path holds the key to a more fulfilling career. Stay tuned for some eye-opening insights!"

Informative Video!
Service based companies = less stress = less salary same as govt job.
Product based company = difficult to join = more salary = higher lifestyle.
Govt job = fixed salary and low increments = low work stress.
Service based Companies have a higher stress.
1. Difficult to survive in Tech cities with 25k. Basically the stress to meet everyday needs and run family
2. They too have stress if person is not on bench.
3. If person is benched then stress of not getting work, not learning anything.
So, except a few.... service based Companies are just good for initial start (if not getting opportunity) and take an entry to corporate.
Later, use the experience and shift to corporate
@Singh-Rajveer one more thing i want to say is that psu is not govt job
job is more secure than private but not that much 100% secure
in fully govt jobs your job is secure
All in all if you have a growth mindset , if u want to grow in life and just survive don't go in any kind of psu or govt job you'll be left far faar behind your private peers in terms of knowledge or money and by the time you'll realise it it will be too late bcoz you can't switch govt to private as u don't have that level of knowledge
tcs ion has a course which is AI41CPS program i.e., hands on approach to AI for real world applications certificate program by iit karagpur .
currently i am doing vlsi Dv online course in Maven silicon .
is this iitk online course worth and helpful for DV course such that i can crack interview?
That could be decided by course content only.
However every knowledge helps at some point of time.
Just cross check the contents and if it relates to DV then it would surely help
bro nowadays govt jobs has pressure nearly to 70% of private jobs
also after 10 years in govt job salary is too less for that much pressure
Still, Job security is too high.

@@Singh-Rajveer thanks bhaiya ❤️
You skip one point.
Government contribute 14% to NPS account.
I have taken it that way:
NPS should be optional for Gov Employees as well and that 14% they can take as In-hand salary.
However, I agree with your point.
@@Singh-Rajveer dear you didn't understand my point. From employee salary 10% deducted every month and government contribute 14% to NPS. In the month end employee got total 24% in his NPS account
I understand,
In private as well it's like this:
12% epf from employee
12% epf from employer
But, the base salary advertised as a whole by companies shows both contribution.
So, It's kind of how we are looking things.
While government doesn't need any competition to attract talent pool while telling salary so they just give it separately.
Bro what package can a vlsi engineer expect after 5 years of experience if he has done mtech from iit or bits

Why only North and South??? Why not East and West????
West (Gujarat) : Business Mindset in general
East: Neutral for both
North: Government Jobs have more social value
South: People are running for corporates and chasing foreign dream.
Video covers Govt vs Private jobs....so North and south comes into picture as a broader term.
@@Singh-Rajveer gujarat is in EAST ?
