Thank You for sharing all this invaluable information! I’m a new subscriber watching from Long Island and I was recently diagnosed with H Pylori. I tried some of your recipes and no issues with my stomach! Thank you!
Super Healthy! Yeah just don’t know what to eat when dealing with pylori. I’m afraid to eat bread or wheat. I went gluten free as soon as I found out I had pylori. I’m not sure if it made pylori grow??? Or I had to so my gut repairs or if it’s affected even. Pls share more of your diet plans. Will help me tremendously ❤ Edited. Pls don’t avoid gluten unless you’re having thyroid /throat or any symptoms that flare up with gluten. My GP said when you start avoiding you can become intolerant to gluten. I had quit after watching a video to heal gut from a naturopath. But I still had organic oats
I was able to tolerate toast bread, every will different opinions. I strongly believe you will be ok eating a slice of toast. There wasn’t many food choices I had when I was suffering from h pylori. I ate the same foods every single day for almost 6mons.
@@HPYLORI723ThankU good to know having some gluten doesn’t cause further problem. I started adding organic oats back into my diet and it’s been fine. But was unsure if should make them gluten free. U helped me out bro bless u. No I don’t have Facebook. I went off social Media coz it’s addicting and took so much of my time😅
@@trishescobedo7784 does it cause any negative reactions? I know everyone is different but I just want to know other people’s experience with certain foods and h pylori
Thank

@@HPYLORI723sorry to bother u again with this… was that gluten free bread? I tried sourdough bread but it causes me a lot of gas.
There are gluten free breads available, like Canyon Bakehouse bread. I like that I can eventually have avocado toast 😊
Dang, you murdered that avocado and egg whites lol.
LOl 😂
Should I eat salmon on a bland diet?
If your stomach can tolerate it, go for it.
