Hi Jennifer, Please, i have a question regarding the upwork app. I received a message from a freelencer who wants to recruit me, and she agreed with me that the interview will be on teams app. She did not sent me any invitation to interview teought the app, now what should i do, this isy first time as freelencer?!?!

All correspondence so far has been through the Upwork messaging system. She also wants me to commit to an agreement for ghostwriting even though it's a sample. The writing sample criteria and agreement were attached (MS Word). So far it seems legit but is there anything else I need to look for before proceeding? By the way, your channel is amazing and greatly appreciated.
When I hit the apply button I get the page asking me to verify my pone number. After I do, it says: "You attempted to change your PIN too many times." Can't gete any help on Upwork. Does anyone have a solution?

I created my Upwork account 1 year ago and after much research and information gathering, I have selected my niche. I want to work on Upwork as a video editor. When I set up my account a year ago I mentioned "web developer" as my niche, I think yours is "voice-over artist". How can I change "web developer" to "video editing " ? Do I need to close my Upwork account to reset it again as a video editor, if so will I lose all my connectes I currently have?
