Agree with it's bass. I tuned to reduce the bass, give a bit more to midrange and for me it gives better clarity on the vocal, midrange. Fits on my ear perfectly. Also one of those people who unfortunately IEM just won't stay put in my ear
I own the U-2 and I came across the same problem with the bass. I ended up using low density foam covers rather than the included covers and it significantly improved the sound signature. I also tried rubber rings rather than foams and it reduced bass and increased mids and treble.
@@Opeth1483 They have a sound very similar to the HD6XX, though with slightly less bass quality. The timbre is also similar. They aren't bright at all, leaning towards a bit warm, with upper mids that are slightly recessed, giving them a full-bodied, mid-centric sound. They are harder to drive than the HD6XX, so while the MIAD01 can drive them on the 4.4mm balanced output, they still benefit from more powerful desktop amps. Currently, there is a discount on the DUNU Alpha 3. They also sound great, though a bit dark, and the bass lacks some detail. The Longyao Yinman 600 sounds better, but, the DUNU Alpha 3 is good for the price and is easy to drive.
@@Opeth1483 Yes, I've listened to the Temperament X10, and it sounds great. It's another excellent option, and to my ears, it sounds better than the HZsound.

I would personally try boosting the mid-range a bit, especially in the 2-4kHz range. I'm glad you like them 👍
@@Atechreviews Oh that's what I mean by "give a bit more", whoops English 😅.
@@giraty50 No worries. 👍🙂

Thanks a lot for sharing. 👍
Is the housing conductive to electricity? I usually got zapped by metal made earbuds/ iem. thanks
The housing is made of brass. Thankfully, I didn't experience any zaps while using it. The part that goes into the ear is made of plastic.
What, s a difference between u2 and temperament x10? Which one do you prefer?
I can't recall because it's been quite some time since I listened to them.
how would u rank this compared to the other buds youve tried?
I didn't try a lot of earbuds. The ones I tried sound better but cost more.
Are the isolation similar like open back headphone?
Yes, they're similar, but they might isolate slightly less in my ears depending on the fit and foam.
@@Atechreviews Thanks, gonna buy this earbuds then. Weather wasn't forgiving in Southeast Asia and IEM too isolating👍
What is your favorite earbuds ?
Longyao Yinman 600. It has an impedance of 600 ohms, but when properly amplified, they are the best earbuds I've heard.
@@Atechreviews miad can drive it? They similar to hd6xx?not birght ?full thick sound ?
