The 2019 TCS NYC Marathon is a 26.2 mile run through all six of New York City's boroughs. It is the world's largest marathon.
A team of 30 athletes living with type 1 diabetes are running alongside everyone else to raise awareness about the disease and funds for the non-profit called Beyond Type 1 - the largest diabetes organization online that is funding advocacy, education and cure research.

I am a T1 who just made the decision to run my first marathon!! Thanks for the video!!
Thank you Frank! Did you watch my Marathon Fueling video? I do a seriously deep dive on it. I'm not usually "low carb" but for marathon day I did try to reduce as much insulin on board as possible
YAHOOOO! You're going to crush it!
Thanks Gamble! Marathon officially crushed. Have to post something on IG about what I actually ended up using/wearing
thanks for this!
No problem!
I have a dexcom g6
Dexcom G6 is great from what I hear. Would have loved an apple watch to bolus while watching - ended up doing it from my phone. How have you liked the CGM?
I legit thought that was 41k views and was very confused. This video is so good and helped me a lot. Thank you so much!
Thanks for all the great details! Do you every have any issues with stuff falling out of the belt? I just got one but I wouldn't want to lose my insulin or phone.
I run with a belt and no issues with even a phone falling out. Mine is about wider in height than this one and easily fits an iphone
