Like most of these full band covers, the band sounds great, but the vocalist ruins it. Tell your singer to spend some more time listening to the original.
Hi Tim, I know it's a long shot but growing up and going to the venue in nobel park my absolute favourite band to watch was Be9ine, I don't suppose there is any releases still in excistance is there for nostalgia reasons Also my husband remembers you also, he is a vocalist that's written some amazing heavy songs but doesn't have a band yet unfortunately He also loves the name Be9ine but won't use it out of respect to you and the band Be9ine

The vocals are cringey because they don't fit the music, vibe or vision of the song. Clearly a good singer, but trying to do too much and lost the script.
The verses and subdued parts are supposed to be this cool, aloof swagger. Here, it's just this almost emo whine thing that comes off as insecure. No offense, just constructive criticism.

He's a good singer. But his timing and variations is what made it awkward. It's fine to put your own spin on it, but he pushed it too far.
