Hola amigos! If you make this brisket this week please save one cup of chopped meat. *Hint* it's for next week! Also, any cowboys or cowgirls or wannabe's ( because wannabe's are important to me) I'm a wannabe eating this brisket right meow 😂🤠
I like it's medium well done if it's bloody who knows what's in it? Unless you grew the beef yourself like I used to and bacon from the farm is the best and milk from the farm is the best. And in case you didn't know it since our fearless leader did that border wall our food prices went through the roof thanks to him. In my opinion they help feed the United States and there's barely any bad ones. Just like in the United States there's probably more bad ones here already. Boy that looks like a nice cut of meat. It was making me sick when my friend was telling me all the steroids and stuff they feed to beef and antibiotics
Please do not change the length of your videos! I’m a visual learner. These videos and the style in which they are completed are imperative for someone like me! This is exactly what I need in order to pull these dishes off. I’m extremely grateful for you taking the time to share with us every detail that goes into to preparing these meals with love 💜🙌🏾🙇🏽♀️
Much love from Texas. I was born in Dallas, Texas. I was reared on a Cattle Ranch in Bryan, Texas, and now I am in the Beef business selling delicious meat to restaurants all over the country. Your passion for good food is truly inspirational!! Thank you......
When she pulled that beautiful piece of meat out of the oven, my heart skipped a beat. If that brisket could talk.... It would sound like Barry White.... Lol... Lol.. 😂😂😂 That's how good it looks....
You’re speaking this butcher’s language with that brisket! Nice work trimming it up. Brisket is my favorite. We used to smoke them down at the shop when I was running it, lots of quality control was conducted!
Wanted to tell you, I made used this recipe and it came out GREAT! We both went crazy when we bit into it. I may have had better at a restaurant, but can't honestly remember when! Only one quibble, and a suggestion: First the quibble: By following your recipe for the rub, I BARELY had enough to coat my 5.7lb brisket. The next time, I'm going to bump up your portions probably by 50%. The suggestion: After the first 4 hour cook, carefully drain off and save the drippings. Then when you slice the brisket, this can be used as a brush or dip to add flavor and moisture. Yummy!
OMG! You both give so much to your subscribers. Thank you so much for your inspiration and encouragement to try and succeed in cooking great recipes. Much love and respect for you both.
Thank you for acknowledging our passion and love for food and people💖We want everyone here to show their shine when cooking 💫 We appreciate your kindness, Jeff!
This brisket looks super delicious! Coming from a Texas girl, I can tell you that I would not hesitate to make this with pride! You never disappoint, mija. Viva Tejas! ⭐️💜⭐️
I have been watching your channel for a while, and finally, I am absolutely going to go into the kitchen tomorrow morning and make your 30 minute tortillas. I am absolutely going to do it. Thank you for enriching my life with all your wonderful creative recipes. Abundant blessings to you and yours.
@@danajo2219 Hi. I took pictures of the tortillas I made, and it seems mine are browner, so maybe I had my pan too hot. But, they are delicious, especially wrapped around fajitas. I never thought this little Frenchwoman would be able to be successful on her first try, but I was, except that they aren't beautifully round. So if you can tell me how to post a picutre, I will be happy to. I went to the you-tube channel and did not see an e-mail account. I guess, I am not too tech - ee. Thank you for your encouragement and your kindness.
Excellent tips on trimming, seasoning and everything. I usually smoke, trim and season mine, smoke it really heavy with mesquite and charcoal for like 2 hrs. Then put it in the oven with some beef stock, garlic, and worcestershire for like 10hrs @220
A Birthday Party got rained out 1 year and I had to cook the brisket inside for the 1st time. This Texan isn't afraid of making good food in a different way! Y'all go ladies!
I’m from Texas living in Washington state. Decided I have had enough of the brisket out here and made this for our Easter meal. It turned out amazing even though I messed up and didn’t cover with foil for the first two hours lol. Delicious, thank you for sharing this recipe!
:D I was raised in texas and since i've moved to georgia i'm always looking for an amazing brisket recipe. Im so excited to try this out. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe with us
I am born and raised Texan. We have had almost all of the bbq brisket across this great state and other States we visit. I have to say the very best is the one that comes off my own pit. With my homemade potato salad, homemade ranch style beans and coleslaw. But, if I had to choose which one I like the best from them pit masters in Texas. They all are great but the one I would have say is this hole in the wall place in Gonzales Baker Boys. The chopped beef sandwich.....the bomb. BTW, I made the garlic chicken......it was delicious!!! Thank you!!!!
I made brisket today following your recipe to the letter and I have to thank you! My husband and daughter raved about it! It was tender juicy and delicious. Thank you thank you !
I love love love this recipe for brisket ❤️it looks so good and thank you for always posting the ingredients because it makes it so much easier for us ..You fabulous Amiga I love your channel ..❤️🥰
Looks good, I trim my brisket the same way. I’m a Tejana born and raised. I have never used liquid smoke I have to try your rub. We normally smoke ours with mesquite and add apple wood chips on the pit. But now I want to try it this way. 💕💕💕
I’m born and raised Texas and this looks delish! The best bbq in Texas is 2M smokehouse in San Antonio. It is soooooo worth every single bite. It’s two young Hispanic dudes who own it and they make literally THE BEST bbq in all of Texas. They also make homemade tortillas, macaroni and cheese topped with chicharron, charro beans the BEST brisket and sausage stuffed with Oaxaca cheese and Serrano. They also have big huge Dinosaur beef ribs! It is so good you have to try it out!!!!
This is one of the best looking briskets I have ever seen. If only there were smellovision. I am so hungry for brisket now. YES, please show us how to make chicharons. I really want to learn how to make them PLEASE.
Greeting from MISSION TEXAS (All America City)!!! In January I went to San Antonio for my birthday weekend and ate brisket at a restaurant called County Line. My new favorite place. I’m just so sad that I have to drive 4 hours to have it again. Thanks for sharing this recipe. 🥰💕

I loooove brisket so much but I'm so intimidated by it and by the grill. Some of my favorite foods are prepared on the grill pero I'm just afraid to use the grill on my own. I divorced a while back and I wish I knew how to grill on the BBQ on my own. Thank you so much for this recipe. It looks delicious and you've given me the confidence to try it and I'm so happy to know I can make it in the oven. I've really been enjoying your channel so much.
