My baby is 4 month 2 day old. Her birth weight is 2.91kg now her weight is 4.7kg. She is not gaining weight adequately. But all her other activities are good and milestones are achieving. Her pee and poop count also good. She is also taking the feeds properly. Till 2 month she is having adequate weight gain. Weight gain issues was started at the beginning of 3rd month.What should i do? Kindly help.

എന്റെ കുഞ്ഞു ഇപ്പൊ 2 month ആയി ബർത്ത് വെയിറ്റ് 2.8 ആരുന്നു 1 month ആയപ്പോൾ നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ 2.7 ഉണ്ടാരുന്നുള്ളൂ പാല് കുറവാരുന്നു ഡോക്ടറെ കണ്ടു formula milk സ്റ്റാർട്ട് ചെയ്തു ബോട്ടിലിൽ ആണ് കൊടുത്തത്. ഇപ്പൊ കുഞ്ഞു ഒട്ടും മുലപ്പാൽ കുടിക്കുന്നില്ല. Breast pump ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പാല് pump ചെയ്തു ഇടയ്ക്കു കൊടുക്കും അതും അതും ഒരു നേരം കൊടുക്കാനുള്ളത് വളരെ കഷ്ടിച്ചാണ് കിട്ടുന്നത്. Lactare tablet ഒക്കെ കഴിച്ചു. ഇപ്പൊ baby suck ചെയ്യാത്തത് കൊണ്ട് പാല് പിന്നെയും കുറഞ്ഞു
