I remember one keynote of some french software architect presenting Mac OS Snow Leopard - surprised me by showing how huge positive impact he had on actually making this software. But he also managed to make it very interesting because you could clearly see his honest excitement. One day will check his name to find more. He could not expres himself because of language. Just as me. Im not english man. But you could clearly see true emotions. Sometimes Jobs wasnt "excited" that much, but he had to keep audience in such mood. It was theatre anyway. When Jobs said "We in Apple love music" what that ment was "I, Steve Jobs honesly love music, and surround mineself in Apple by people who love music, and mine daughter loves music too". Look what i have, it cost this and that ammount of money. You can do this and that. What do you think about it?
It would be hard to not get excited about presenting Snow Leopard....that update was a banger. To this day I have never seen a software update (where the product wasn't broken) make that much of a difference.

Everything gradually became flat, cluttered and lifeless.
I was not going by the price of the vr ! I looked up the price of the parts for them to make it and it’s bloody pricey the parts alone , the end price is reasonable ! I give a good example I tried to make a pc to match Xbox series X and the PS5 ,I found myself way over budget just for parts alone !

This was fucking hilarious. About the device, $4K is clearly not consumer grade. Maybe one day they will get there, but this is certainly intended fo professionals, and the rich people who can afford it. I’m terrified of my own credit debt, which is lower than the cost of that device, for instance. There’s a lot of people people in fields like 3D animation, for instance, that are experimenting with this stuff right now, and there are likely many other applications that are (hopefully fo Apple) yet to be discovered. This isn’t like the Quest 2. It’s not priced for consumers. It will not push the consumer grade industry forward in any way. The software could, though. From what I’ve heard, the Apple software is incredible, and very innovstive. That may be something they can bring down to the consumer level in the near future.
Apple has become so douchey with their products. I used to be a fan, but this is way too much. I don't want a world where fools are wandering around wearing these all day.
