The Constitution failed to persist a limited federal government. No surprise that didn't persist a balanced branched form of government, since it wasn't able to anticipate the growth of political parties. It didn't understand that in a Republic with political parties that rather than needing to have checks and balances between different branch of federal government, that the real checks needed to be on the power of the federal government.
Sounds reasonable. Has been floating around for 20 years or more. We've already got it in the Executive branch. I'd say 5/6 House and 2 Senate. SCOTUS idk. Mandatory Convention of the States every 50 or 75?
