Ironically, in Pakistan, Ahmadis have been officially declared as non-Muslims by the Government in 1974 and are persecuted. However in Hindu majority and secular India, Ahmediyas are recognised as Muslims and are free to follow their faith. As an aside, making an assessment of Jinnah based only on Dr Jalal's perceptions is wrong. You should broaden your studies to include others like Dr Ishtiaq Ahmed. But then, I suppose, one Prophet and one book is too deeply ingrained in people like you to accept alternative views.

if modi is the but©her of Gujarat for 2001 for his inaction .. Jinnah should be the but©her of Bengal and Rawalpindi of 1946-47.. who was leading the direct action day isn't it?
