经常看到有人杠，说这不是农村真实的生活状态，对，我也是农村出身的，这确实不是农村生活常态。但是别忘了李子柒的主题是美食，只是这环境让很多人误以为李子柒要表达的是农村生活。这不是农村生活常态，但却真真实实的是生活中的一部分，李子柒的视频让这“一部分”看起来很美好很舒服，给人心中带来短暂的宁静，不是很好吗

看了李子柒的視頻已經有多年，以前我沒有留意她的名字，只是覺得年輕貌美的她很有本領可建竹茅竹傢具及拍攝大自然及菜式，直到最近才知她是這麼紅.
看了她的視頻真是令我見識不少，很多中國的天然美味佳餚都沒有聽及見過，令人看到很舒服放鬆心情，周邊的大自然環境令心情舒暢，吸一口清新的空氣命也長多數年.👍❤️👏💪
@@Surf1100 对的，有团队的，其实各平台视频创作者绝大多数也是为了流量，她的团队也不例外，无可厚非，但是真喜欢她的主题，就像欣赏某部电影，我们不能要求电影内容是真的，爱看就好。她的视频就是把部分生活场景或是食品制作，略艺术加工之后再展现出来。
@@Surf1100 错了，她的手很粗糙，她是真功夫，她拿大斧头劈柴不是说想学就会，体力和巧劲是练出来，我只用一只平常斧头砍了2天柴就算有人指导也还是没她这么利落。你看的可能经过美图吧。

For me personally, I'm more amused by her videos and super impressed by her ability to stay clean, simply because I went to live with my grandparents in the countryside every summer and winter vacations when I was younger, and rule number one is to never wear white clothes that stain easily, especially near the cooking bench. And it's also important to watch out for caterpillars walking through any bush. My fun childhood.

Those big citrus fruits are Pomelos. They are delicious and taste like sweet and aromatic grapefruits.
the mini apples are called Chinese hawthorn or hawberry (shan-zha 山楂), but made into candied form it's called Bingtang Hulu. in the south we normally eat hawthorns that are processed into flat little maroon colored disks called 山楂饼 (shan-zha-bing or haw flakes). they're one of the sweets we eat after drinking Chinese medicine, which are usually bitter and sour.

I loved the hawthorn flakes. My Chinese mom bought me lots of it when I was young. It is addictive. Ha ha.
The" big lemon" is grapefruit. We call "youzi", the Apple with sugar is "Bing tang Hulu".

@@yingguojieke another name of that big lemon is pomelo. Local grocery stores may have them. Once saw them in Tesco surprisingly and grabbed loads lol!

@@yingguojieke Bingtanghulu 冰糖葫芦 the multiple red fruit on the stick coated with syrup, the typical/most common ones use hawthorn, but I’m not sure what she used in the video, could be really small apples.

That’s a pomelo fruit
The massive yellow fruit is pomelo. The skin and outer rind are always cut and peeled off before eating because it's very thick. Inside it forms natural segments, and is similar in colour to either grapefruit (red) or lemon (clear/yellow) depending on the variety.
The orange fruit that she picked are actually mandarins. They're smaller than oranges and form natural segments also, which means they don't need to be cut open. Most of the time you can just peel away the skin and eat it like that. At CNY there are a lot of mandarin trees around as a fortunate sign, and people will also gift them in pairs when visiting.
The "toffeed" mini-fruits are actually hawthorn, and they are the traditional fruit used for tanghulu (although I have seen people use strawberries or grapes before). Hawthorn is slightly sour, almost like a tangy prune, and I remember having hawthorn snacks as a kid.

The man owned the popcorn cooker and the know-how. He carried it around the villages shouting “Who is making popcorn?” Li heard it and asked him to come over. Rice was also popped besides corn. He charged money for it.
The big yellow lemon is 'POMELO' or 'JERUK BALI' in our local name in Bali island. The taste is sweet sour but nice.

大棵的是柚子，不是檸檬，柚子有厚厚的皮，必需先用刀子把較尖的部份切除(需先評估果肉的深度，以不切到為原則)然後再從已切開處用刀分別往後切至皮的深，約分六等份把果皮劃至底，再用手把厚皮剝開，全部剝下後就像中國的瓜皮帽一樣！
黃色的大水果是柚子啦~~~很多零食看了都很好吃~!!...尤其是雪花餅...她也會做好厲害喔~!!

Hi 杰克，I believe there are different kind of spring food made by Li ZiQi could be found in British Chinese supermarket now. If you interested in them, you could try looking for it in some of that supermarket.

Those large yellow fruit are pomelos. A kind of citrus fruit. The candied fruit on a stick are Jujube I think. Ju ju be, not ju jube. They are like apples when ripe but when dried they are more like dates. They are sometimes called Chinese dates. They also have candied Hawthorn. I have only been to China once. I like to try everything i have never before tasted or seen. There is a huge variety of fruits there.
