Aw. Lovely dove. Makes me miss my old friend. He flew down to me one day from a power pole and followed me inside, my house became his aviary. He used to go do a few laps around the house everyday then come back inside. I woke up to him cooing on my bed frame, then he'd sit on my head as I had a shower. He was very smoochie and got along well with my budgies and cockatiels. One day he flew off and never returned.
Even if its couple years old comment, just know that dove was your guardian angle. It was there to protect what you was going through. Could be anything breaks up, finacial, anything that went downhill. We believe if a dove espacially ringneck, brings nothing but good luck. Hope you had a great run with the guardian angel.

I have a 25 year old but he didn't coo like that at 19! He looks like hes all of 10 or 11 19 Wow looks great! my 25 is now starting to fail he has his moments when he looks great but those days arent many any more. mine is a white ringneck dove.
Mine is definitely young at heart, but his body is starting to go. He can't fly even though he's fully flighted. He can fly for a few feet but that's about it. Occasionally he stops flying mid-air and plummets to the ground, landing on his butt.
Awwww yes, mine as well, he definately thinks he is still young. he is on antibiotcs Baytril right now, it is one he's been on and it works good and gets him on his feet again because as they get older they are more suseptable to infections so when he stops eating, I know he's not feeling well so its Baytril and hand feeding with a dropper I give him Kaytee juvenile formula in his beak along with vanilla ensure about a couple of small dropper fulls and he loves that. I also a few hrs later mix with a drop of vitamin in a tablespoon of tepid spring water and give him a couple sm. dropperfulls of that about once a day usually for a few days then he starts eating and picking up again and you would never know his age. He's out enjoying the warm air, I love him so much and want to keep him here as long as he is willing.
Where I live there was always a pigeon that would stare at me from the telephone poll. He would follow me whenever I would take walks by flying and landing in tress I would walk by. It was cute.It's as if he was stalking me. It was so cute.
Mu grandmother had a big big hand mad cage with several of these. Now I hear your bird and it brought back memories of my grandparents😭😭😭😭😭. I’m gonna go buy one
