I haven't made music or played around with plugins, in 3-4 years. However, I'm still on the Patreon for a small amount, each month... mostly because you deserve it (and I can afford it), and the little bit of time that I did spend with using FOSS airwindows plugins was amazing... but also because I plan on eventually returning to production... and these will undoubtedly be at the core of the digital side of what I will possibly do. I look forward to the plans of new things coming out, and I strongly look forward to hearing more of your sounds. You may not get a ton of attention for your music, in the nowadays online world... but that stuff will be here for generations to come... to stumble upon and be like "wow, this was ahead of it's time". Can't wait for more rocky types of sounds, drums, and the minimalistic versions of what you'll do. Live on, Chris J. Live on, brother. Live on. And, may you continue to find love and happiness, with your lady friend. And, may you find continued success, credit, and praises from the online audio plugin using community. On the note of moving a stereo track to mono, what you explained sounds perfect... but there was a company that came out with a paid version, called "monoizer". I don't think it did exactly what you're talking about, though. I'm assuming that flipping the phase of (the right side) channel will happen within the DAW... or could it happen within the plugin?
Wow. The purest form of stereo doubling, it's so good, thanks a lot (it's never too much)!! On second note, I'm also looking forward to that album you're teasing, sounds good for now!
@Der_Mantie well he asked for a stereo doubler, and other forum users gave him a hard time about it... and then, boom. Santa of vst plugins makes him happy!
I just made a 80ies Synth track and had it playing in the background when I watched your video. Turned out my track was in the exact same key like your solo. It fitted PERFECTLY! May I use that for my track? 😀
Tiny crackles all over the place, no matter how much detune, how much dry/wet... With Reaper and Win10. CPU consumption of the plugin is not the problem, it's very low.
Oh cool a new plugin from AirWindows I wonder what it does. clcks link Hi I'm Chris from AirWindows and hey, you can do thisssss *proceeds to play cacophonous mess of a mix that does nothing to showcase plugin* Lol everytime, never change, Chris
@@THEESHITSHOW within 30seconds it makes itself clear. I just wish Chris'd make a nice selection of samples of immediately identifiable musical components with enough variation to really showcase his plugins. A stero doubler and how it works is always a lovely thing but to start a video with a full band of intense and eclectic instruments, the to solo the hard clipped guitar part which is itself highly variable, lacking an anchor to hold onto and then to apply the effect is a bit confusing. This is essentially every video, too but don't get me wrong I love it because it's always hilarious. A sterodoubler is often common say, vocals and keys, as I'm sure you know. So how about start the video with a vocal refrain, looped or at least a repeating pattern like a verse and then see how it sounds on that component which it has regularly appeared on already so people can immediately identify it and it's character and give it a subjective benchmark rather than spending time and effort to imagine what that effect would sound like on a component that makes more erm, historical(?) sense? Even better if there is a corpus of AirWindows loops that regularly return so regular viewers get used to the sound of each one, making the subtleties and difference between each effect and parameter even clearer. But then it wouldn't be AirWindows and this wouldn't be Chris so I'd rather have it like this than to have the process changed.

wonderful stuff, chris!!! i appreciate the distinct sound this one has. will get plenty of use as both a doubler and a chorus!

Great work
excellent! very versatile also.
did you make a 32bit VST also?
Mac ones are all fat binary (you need the retro version), WIndows 32 bit is in the retro folder (or the 32 bit collection)
having trouble installing on macos monterey 12.0.1
chris could you fix plugins generating dc offset or some other kinds of noise like bassamp?
I am getting a ton of tiny crackles in the audio when I load it as a send and use it full wet. Any ideas?
Same.
Naturally you of course can't use this as a send effect!
Are the stems for your tracks available anywhere? I would love to tinker with them! Possibly remix some of the electronic tracks!
I'm also hearing tiny crackles on this one :( don't know why, at first it worked ok but it seems i'm not the only one now
thanks god. sounds very nice!

what? i always get what the showcased effect is. it’s rather night and day. do you listen on actual monitors, hifi speakers or good headphones.
