Only fraîche for girl. You don't use frais for guys. The word is kind of offensive anyway, it implies the person is fresh, as in, fresh fish or fresh meat (meaning sexually desirable).

Coucou, je suis française et je viens de tomber par hasard sur tes vidéos. Ca me fait beaucoup rire, je trouve ça trop mignon comme démarche. Si je peux juste me permettre une petite précision sur un mot, "charmant" n'est pas péjoratif! Un mec charmant c'est un mec qui a une aura attirante, sexy. Un mec peut être beau sans être charmant et ça on aime pas, on préfère les gars moins beau mais charmants car ils dégagent un truc indéfinissable, mystérieux :p

Hi, I just wanted to add a complement when you find a person attractive. This word is "bonne", which usually means "good", in the same way that you might find a piece of pie good. But this word takes on a whole new meaning when used to describe someone, very often a girl. It's a slang word to say that a girl is sexually attractive, so you'll never hear a polite guy say that directly to a girl. On the other hand, you will never hear a girl say "ce mec est bon" because it sounds very weird to a French speaker. However, you can say "ce mec est bon" to say "this guy is talented" for example. But you wouldn't say "cette fille est bonne" to say "this girl is talented" because it brings a sexual connotation, so we use another way to say it like "cette fille est douée".

"Charo" is written without the T, it is actually short slang for "Charognard", which means "Scavenger" in english.
It was not used too much until it was used by french rapper Niska to designate football(soccer for the weird people over the atlantic) player Matuidi as a Charo, because the guy plays in any position he needs on the field to win or something like that...
It's used as a metaphor for a guy that will do anything to get what he wants basically.

I grew up in Toulouse, moved around in Nimes, Angouleme, Paris and Montpellier, and I never heard it used in almost 30 years of life in france, must be a gen Z only slang or something i guess

As you can imagine, this doesn't just mean a fuckboy, or a player, or a tease. It means a person who jumps on any occasion to try and get laid, has no standards, no consideration for the other party, etc...
