Nah, I doubt that'll happen. Homelander seems to genuinely want to connect with Ryan, despite looking like he's close to loosing his sanity. Ryan is the only good thing in his life rn. Also Ryan would need a few more years to be able to box Homelander........or not. He's already plenty powerful.
