I just had this happen to me, I bought a card on eBay and of course I couldn’t see the small debris inside the case from the photos, but when I got it and flashed my phone flashlight on the case I could immediately see all the flaws inside, I can’t believe they would allow that to happen😅
@johnnyblicks use the help & support section. Select the drop down of unsure/other. Take a picture and attach. They typically respond in 48 hours. Might need multiple pictures including the cert. They will give you a shipping label and everything will be free to fix.
Definitely a chip crumb, not a small clump of dirt. Way to go PSA!
@shawhin the dirt in the title was just click bait. Still disappointed in PSA nonetheless.

@johnnyblicks That sucks. I am still pretty pissed that I have to send mine back to PSA to fix.
@@jessmansportscards how did you begin the process to do it? I just sent them a message on their website, but don’t recommend I just call them?

What a bummer... but don't move that thing around too much, you might scratch the surface of the card. Take card and Happy 4th!

@@thehobbyist1 Definitely a bummer 😕
Had something something similar happen and PSA just never responded to my request to fix 😒
@@cardboardcountdown weird that they did not fix it.
A crumb from a graders chicken nugget. SAD!
@@rascal3013 lol 😆 😂 🤣
it looks like a corn chip smh
@favors59 lol 😆 😂 🤣 Guy was eating doritos while grading...
@@jessmansportscards maybe they graded the corn chip and the card got stuck in there?
