Vonna Pfeffier sent me over to see your lovely stitching. I really enjoyed your video and your happy joy-filled laughter. You shared so many beautiful stitches. Thank you for a very nice stitching time. See you next time.
Thank you so much for your comment and for subscribing ❤️ I prefer the look of evenweave to aida but it's so much more expensive, and it takes me longer to stitch on it, and I can't see the difference from a couple of metres back so there will always be room for aida in my life
A lot of sewing channels are done off camera and I don't mind at all. So no problem here with you being off camera and I loved your projects and your friendliness and look forward to seeing future videos. Good luck with your channel! I have subscribed.
You were recommended by Vonna Pfeiffer (high praise indeed) so I came to see for myself and I think you are wonderful. Can’t wait to see your next video!
Loved your first flosstube! I personally have no issue with behind the camera Flosstubers. If I ever make one, I'll be doing them in the same fashion. 😂
Loved all your ornaments, very nice collection. Enjoyed the variety of ornaments, you do very nice work. I m watching from Buffalo New York. Thank you for sharing. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Merry Christmas and happy new year Kathy ❤️ thank you so much for watching and for your sweet comment. I'm sorry for seeing it late. I hope Christmas in New York is just as magical as the movies make it look
Tht was fun!! Vonna Pfeifer mentioned you in her latest. No worries about staying incognito. That's your option, and I'm certainly fine with it. I've seen you often on IG (Vonna said you're the travelling stitcher over there?) Enjoyed seeing all of your Christmas ornaments. Steph
Thank you so much Steph ❤ I was so worried that people wouldn't be accepting of it and it held me back for years. I can't express how grateful I am to be welcomed in this way, thank you 🙏 and thank you for following me on Instagram too, yes that is my account over there
Congrats on your first floss tube….I have no problem with not seeing you…. Make decisions best for you! Your ornaments are stunning. Hope to see more ..Merry Christmas
Great first video! I just finished the Magi Trilogy yesterday. I used the perf paper and backed with wool felt that was a close tan. I used a single strand of sewing thread to attach the gifts to the hands. I did horizontal and vertical stitches that disappeared between the cross stitches. Note - the instructions are to attach the two pieces before backing. I had backed the gifts before I realized that, and it made it more difficult. I love Mill Hill kits. Patti in Ohio, USA
Hi Patti thank you so much for your kind comment ❤️ I'm so excited with your recent finish! Thank you for sharing how you attached the gifts, I've always just repeated the top leg of the cross but your idea sounds even sturdier, I'll give it a go. Congratulations on your finish ❤️
Hi!, I just stumbled upon your 1st Flosstube today and really enjoyed viewing all your wonderful Santa’s! Thank you for sharing! Merry Christmas and happy holidays! Cheers! 🧑🏻🦰🇨🇦🎉🦃🎄
Welcome to the FlossTube community. Your voice is lovely and full of your love for cross stitch. Loved the stories behind the Prairie Schooler Santas. Looking forward to more. Happy holidays.
Thank you so much Sarah! That is so very sweet of you 💖 I'm not sure if I've seen your Flosstube, so that's an exciting plan for this evening! Happy holidays 🎊
I loved your video so much! Congrats on your first one!!! I loved the story of how you stitched the ornaments while traveling. I do the same thing! I can’t wait to see what you come up with next. ❤
Very late comment but I have watched when you first released the episode and loved every single minute!! So so happy to see you on Flosstube dear friend, so wonderful to meet your voice after such a long time chatting on Insta xx our Flosstube community has just gained an amazing new member and I cannot wait to see your next episode!! ❤
Awww thank you so much friend ❤️ you are a treasure. I appreciate you taking the time during such a busy time of the year so share such kind words with me 🥰 I'm so excited to see your WIP parade!
Your laugh is so infectious 😁. I'm like you and think there's nothing wrong with aida fabric. I'll quite happily stitch on aida 🙂. I will go cross country on the back as well. I do try to have tidier backs for models though 😊. You're already a natural ❤
Hello from another New Zealander ❤ and subscriber. Love your joy and excitement for your stitching. I'm on a mission to stitch all the Prairie Schooler yearly Santas! So glad I follow you already on Instagram too, looking forward to following you on your adventures.
I am so happy we have connected through this video thank you so much for reaching out ❤️ and for your kind words and subscribing. I'm excited to follow your annual Santa journey
I enjoyed seeing all your lovely Christmas pieces. I loved the Mill Hill ornaments especially the Wise Men. You did really well and I think it didn’t seem as though this was the first time you did a video. It’s lovely to hear from someone in New Zealand. I look forward to seeing more of your videos. Have a lovely Christmas. (On the beach)
Awww thank you so much Sue ❤️ I truly appreciate you watching and your generous comment. I hope you have a lovely Christmas too 🎄🎁 (and thanks for making me laugh with your beach comment hahaha)
Awww Yas I'm such a fan of yours and one of my projects the past couple of months has been starting your Flosstube from the beginning. I haven't watched all the episodes yet but that's ok they're like little treats waiting for me ☺️ thank you for your kind comment and for watching ❤️ happy holidays
Congratulations on your first video! It gets easier from here 😜😘 I loved your ornaments and your tree! I keep wanting to do a mill hill but have yet to narrow down the options and buy one 😂. Merry Christmas!! 🎄🎁 ❤
Thank you so much! ❤️ Hahaha yes that is the hardest part of stitching a Mill Hill for sure 😊 when you take the plunge, I'd love to see which one you choose
Thank you for sharing your stitching! Could you please tell me the name of the TraLaLa reindeer chart? I spent a long time trying to find it via google but, without the name, no luck.
Thank you so much! Next time I'll try to find all those details before the video ❤️ it's called 'Ma petite déco de Nöel', and is available here www.tralalabroderies.com/boutique/noel/ma-petite-deco-de-noel/
Curious what advice about your backs you were referring to? I don't know blitstitch. ? Can you link to video or just clarify what you were talking about? Especially pulling direction? What was that about? Thanks. Good first video.
Thank you for watching and for your great question ☺️ I'm sorry for not being more clear. ua-cam.com/video/y0PXrckK-zM/v-deo.htmlsi=rMAC6OVPh6xeLTZo is the link. He talks about this at approx the 14 minute mark. It is very technical, because he's talking about more than just the direction the floss is pulled in, but that video is a true masterclass so I highly recommend watching it. If it feels a bit technical to you (our brains are all different) I can show just the aspect I was talking about in my next video. Please let me know if that would be helpful to you
Great flosstube! Look forward to your next one. Beautifully stitching
Thank you so much ❤️
