Did these back in the 80's. Pro-tip - Set your lever in a flat position to learn them. I always set my levers loose enough to move in a crash but you'll have to tighten it a bit.
I tried to learn this back in 94 got onto the bars but when trying to stand up the bike kicked out from under me,I finally gave up but I did learn to ride one foot on the seat and one on the cross bar and done fine
