It happens, sadly. I hate to report them but they are helping these scammers who can't scam without mules like them. I always go into a bait with lottery scammers hoping to get a victim. It's hard when it works out like this. I hope a real victim who sent money to them reports it, or has reported it, to police.
Trixie, you videos are always so great. Your voice and demeanor are so disarming, friendly, and warm. You must sound like the perfect victim to these scoundrels. Turns out, you are a pit viper in sheep's clothing. Keep up the great work!

I've even offered to come to them, but they won't tell me where they're located. They will never admit that they are nowhere near where I live and there is no prize. Thanks for wasting their time. PCH seems to be the easiest to outsmart. Most of the other scammers hang up quickly at the first sign of our suspicion.

I agree with your assessment that Mr Larry and his wife were probably scammed, and now were likely willing accomplices working as money mules, to try to recover their losses. Whilst this is heartbreaking, you did the right thing to get the FBI to take over. Perhaps if Mr & Mrs Larry agree to cooperate with the FBI to help catch these scammers, this can be taken into consideration for a lighter sentence should they be convicted of money laundering.
The reason scammers want the victims to keep the news of their winnings confidential is for the reason they know that family and friends will tell them the whole thing sounds like a scam.

Ms. Trix, is it possible that Larry's wife was genuinely decent during your first contact? If that's true, I wondered if a scammer got to her between the time of your first and second calls. You know much more than we do about how vicious those criminals are. If you talked with Larry's wife and your antennae didn't get aroused, then I'm thinking she's terrified of crossing the scammer. Unfortunately her chosen response to hearing you were on the phone was anger. Do you ever get info after an investigation is completed? If so it'd be interesting to learn why she did what she did. I know you didn't come across, in ANY way, as threatening, but we know how truly evil scammers can be. Just wondering... BTW, you don't do this often, but I really enjoy hearing you talk with listeners, during a bait. Usually it's to clarify something - whatever your reason, it feels as though you're connecting personally and that's delightful. Ok, if this was your long bait, thanks. However, I'm fessing up - I'm greedy and want more!😆😆 I know you have a day job and a life (imagine that!😉). While I don't know what's involved in getting your calls ready for UA-cam, I'm certain it's time consuming. That said, more please!😆😆 You really are providing a tremendous service. I especially enjoyed hearing you tell the scamming minister what you'd do if he showed up to steal your money. At least you warned the thieving toad.
I still have two others I'm working on. I'd say they are medium size. Here's the thing with receivers/mules. My assumption is always that if a scammer has a victim send $5000 to a receiver, the scammer fully expects he is going to get that money from that receiver. The scammer isn't having his money sent to a random person who will keep it or refuse delivery. So, I assume it's either a very committed victim, or a witting money mule. I thought when I spoke to Mr Larry's wife that she was not completely aware of what was going on with Mr. Larry being scammed. I told her the only reason I would call back, is if I got Mr. Larry as a receiver again or if I found out the scammers had a bank account for him. When I got the bank account and Mr. Larry from a different scammer, I knew I needed to call. To hear her in the background yelling obscenities at me, well that was telling. I was nothing but kind and nice to them. Then, I heard the scammer offer to let another scammer use Mr. Larry as a mule for a cut. Well, that was all I needed to be 100% sure. You mentioned before that it was nice when I interjected. I have learned in comments that things I assume are obvious, are not. You're right, it is helpful to explain things. I appreciate you for that - and more.
Way too many obstacles to get your prize that's delivering tomorrow. 😮😮. Around and around we go. Who's the Jamaican scammer on second. No, Who's on first. I don't know. Third base!⚾⚾🧢🧢
Merci!❤
😁WOW! Thank you so much. I truly appreciate your generous gift. This buys me more phone numbers and phone time. You're awesome!!

Dam fool dem all them mind on is to get the money
💯👌Agree
However, I'm fessing up - I'm greedy and want more!😆😆
I know you have a day job and a life (imagine that!😉). While I don't know what's involved in getting your calls ready for UA-cam, I'm certain it's time consuming.
That said, more please!😆😆
You really are providing a tremendous service.
I appreciate you for that - and more.
oh and the second one with : my love, i cant say what i think, its not kind at all lol
Yeah, probably shouldn't say that.
He would not accept the three options of ways to accept her money ! I think the US Treasury is crooked 😂
We're all thinking the same thing...🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Way too many obstacles to get your prize that's delivering tomorrow. 😮😮. Around and around we go. Who's the Jamaican scammer on second. No, Who's on first. I don't know. Third base!⚾⚾🧢🧢
I like that!
You do a wonderful job Trixie it saddens me that scammers use God as a way to try to gain one's trust Gods patience is running out
It saddens me, too. I think it's absolutely abhorrent.
Minister of lies and deception
