It's hard to say. I also share the scammer's phone numbers with other's in the community - some on UA-cam, some are not - so that the scammer gets as much love from us as possible.

Never give cash "up front" they will always take your $$$ then disconnect the phone line. The show '60 minutes' did a great 'sting operation' some years ago where they actually when to meet the con artist in his country. When discovered the crook ran extremely fast.😂
