I am a new student and am following you and Alberto here on UA-cam as I learn more about shamanism. I am curious that I am led here after exploring so many healing modalities. Thank you for sharing this wisdom. Once while in meditation I was shown that we are all connected to everything like you mentioned. I experienced being one conscious with the universe but yet with my own thoughts. I also experienced where I was one with a large body of liquid. Was thick almost like gel but fluid like H20 & could hv been an ocean of type. I'm not sure. It or I or better yet We were all together in one conscious & matter yet individual in mind & a conscious w/n the collective conscious. I was shown more things..but that's for another time.
