I have found the brushes can fall off if they hit a hard edge. Just fold a bit of kitchen towel over the mounts, and they clip on more securely. Best thing I ever bought.

@@MergeDroid both types of brushes. It happens when it catches on something sharp edged. But the paper fix sorts it out. Great video.

Can you run this back without the rotating brush and will it pick up debris without it?
Hi Scott, do you mean without the two sweeping brushes at the front? I think it would still run without them, but I wouldn't recommend it as these are on place to sweep dirt and debris from corners and edges or rooms in particular where the main brush/vacuum couldn't reach. I hope that helps / makes sense, just let me know.

Hi, glad you found the video useful. Yes, no problem to taking it to another floor, I always do this and think it's a common use. Of course when it runs out of battery it will just stop instead of returning to the base station. @@MergeDroid Hello, yes, I did get one and I love it. It saves me a lot of time to clean the floor especially we have two cats at home running around. I have no complains about the product except there were few times the unit started on its own. I didn't setup the schedules.
@@linyi281 Sounds great! I've heard about some people experiencing it turning on when not scheduled. I think it might be a default schedule. If you set a new schedule, then disable the schedule, I'd hope it'd resolve the mystery timed cleaning.
Does it come with an extra filter? Or do I have to fit the one in from the box?

Why does my 11s Max ordered on Black Friday 2023 come with only one Spinning Brush 😡 There is no option on the Robot Vacuum to put the 2nd brush as it's sealed off completely. Anyone else have this issue with an 11 Max ordered on Black Friday 2023?

Does it have problems with large glass sliding doors or mirrored doors?

@@MergeDroid No! Just curious, I'm guessing it won't because it doesn't have Lidar.

Thanks for your video. How long to charge it before first use?
Hi Christine, I'm glad you found this Eufy robovac video useful. The time for the first charge will vary as it depends how much power the battery has held from the time it was manufactured. If you plug it in and sit it on the dock it to charge, the light on top of the robovac will start to 'pulse' with the amber light, as soon as it goes solid blue it means it's fully charged. I'd recommend you wait for that - likely 3-4 hours I'd expect for the first charge.
When you start to use it and it completely runs its battery down before returning to the dock too charge itself that can be more like 5 - 6 hours for a full charge from flat.

Does anyone know how much a single electric cost is for this machine whilst charging?
Hi Kath, thanks for checking the video. If it helps to know the battery capacity is 2,600 mAh on the Eufy 11S Max. This capacity is likely smaller than your mobile phone's battery, so I'd imagine it should be on par/less than that if it helps? Mine came with zero extra filters or brushes, and my 11S max only has one sweeper brush!
That doesn't sound right. Was this brand new? Where from? Hopefully either the seller or Eufy can sort you out.
Regular 11s does not have lower power, it just has a better filter. MAX does not have the the 3 stage filters, only 1, hence more suction power.
The 11s (non Max) does have different power levels, you can pick between Max, Auto and Standard on the remote. On a clean it will go into a lower power clean before it returns to dock. I think the Max definitely has more power than the 11s, as it claims.
@@MergeDroid I give up. They are both the same, except for the filter. MAX has the worst filter.
Why do you think the filter is worse on the Max (genuinely curious)?
@@MergeDroid Pretty sure I wrote that in my original post. Anyway, 11s: Filter, pre filter and "HEPA". MAX: Filter, "HEPA". Pre filter is missing. If I removed the pre filter from the regular 11s, it would have the same amount of suction power as the MAX. Both models are the same, it's only the filter design that gives it an additional 200 suction. Also it feels like I'm replying to a wall right now. I've posted the same like 2 times now.
