Hi! I need help with our eufy. We got a new one as a wedding gift, but since we had our old one, I wanted to save this one for special occasion (I know, I'm a nerd). Now, 2 years later I just remembered it and busted it out. Unfortunately, when I put it on the charging doc, it'll light up blue for a few seconds then goes red and nothing happens. It's been on the charger for over a month and I can't get it to do anything. Do you have any suggestions? I'm happy to send you a video of what's going on if that helps? I'm a bit annoyed with myself as I should have checked to make sure it worked before I "saved" it... hindsight I guess.
I learned the hard way that bumper only vacuums are not good. I have one with lidar now and it's vastly better. It mapped out my house, it cleans in a pattern so I know it's getting the whole room and it avoids objects way better.
Most reviews i see about thus has comments riddled with negative things about it. I don't care what people say, as a 20 dollar pick up at a thrift shop it does its job well

its balanced overall, good pick up, good suction, but i wonder why it has only one sidebrush to other budgets having 2
