    A SALE IS A SALE , UNFORTUNATELY I GET NOTHING BUT RENTALS AND CLIENTS THAT WANT TO USE ME TO SHOW AND HAS ANOTHER AGENT. NOT WHAT IT IS SET OUT TO BE- COMPARED TO OTHER OFFICES THAT HAVE TONS OF LEADS . LIVE N LEARN THATS WHY WE ARE INDEPEND DO IT OUR SELVES.. ONE YEAR GOES BU FAST

      I've experienced similar results with another lead gen system, a lot of people use you for showings but have someone else they have already used and another set up for a future showing (so basically you are a uber/lyft service for a showing and they will order another uber/lyft for the next). The other is most leads are not preapproved (haven't talked with a lender) and have no idea what their budget really is or if they can get the loan (not that I mind, helping people throughout the whole process is what we do but my old office wouldn't even want me to discuss getting preapproved).

      I make clients drive their own car and will discuss agency agreement first before showings. And they must be actively pursuing a loan.

    I am a new agent they are sending me leads that have $50,000 budgets and $100,000 budgets when the median home price in the area is around $200,000. Does anyone have experience with that ?

      Yeah it’s frustrating getting tons of leads you can’t work with. But I still try to grab all leads because you have no time to review them before they’re snatched up. I respond IMMEDIATELY from ping but 9 times out of 10 it’s somehow already claimed. 🙄

    Remember 35 percent comes out of agent comission not broker side if you have a split with your broker.

    SEVEN MINUTES of pitching some lender nobody is ever going to use? There's a place for promoting lenders and talking about current event and a tutorial video to be use forever is NOT the place.
