This contrast therapy device from Therabody has some of the most innovative tech we've seen in the past year. Very similar to the Hyperice X, this sleeve has the ability to produce very quick hot and cold therapy without the use of water or ice. The Recovery Therm knee sleeve also includes vibration for increased circulation. I think this is just the tip of the iceberg in the RecoveryTherm line and we will see a lot of new devices in the near future.

Not a product I'm interested in purchasing, but was curious of the functionality and technology. Thank you for the review Pat. Merry Christmas!
Thanks for the review. I was really interested in the RecoveryTherm Cube which uses the same tech to do the hot and cold. I wanted to hear about the heating/cooling/fan noise etc. and you covered all this quite well. Good job.
Thank you! I just bought the cube to check out as well, although as you pointed out it appears it’s the same tech.
just got onr, actually i feel good after the first round of using. Need to remind ppl the hot therapy heat quite high, actually my skin gone little red after that, need to put some thin coth on it
Would it be helpful for my VMO on the inside of my knee?
Is it as cold as the Hyperice
If they had something for my back like this I would definitely buy it
Therabody therm cube
Hmm not convinced by this one. Can imagine this technology will be far more advanced in a few years. Can you review the Achedaway scraper and Therabody Theracup.
Yeah seems great in theory but don’t think the tech is completely there yet. Both of those items are on my list but likely won’t get to them until early in 2023
@@BestMassageTech That's great interested in both of those devices. Great reviews and helped me decide to get my Theragun Pro and Duo Adapter too!
it says knee but its quad and tbia i just want to make cold on quad tendon and patellar tendon is it usefull for it?
I think you could make it work but honestly you might have better luck with those areas by using the recoverytherm cube
Do you live me it better than the hyperice x? Why? I am looking more for injuries and less for personal performance
Hyperice X is better, I felt like it got colder and had a lot more customization with their Bluetooth app. The vibrations on this are nice but I don’t know how much benefit they provide to this area of the body.
@@BestMassageTech totally agree the Hyperice X is better in every way. The fit, colder, able to use while charging, better app support, and extension allow you to use it on your Quads.
Hyperice x is light weight so easier to use. This thing is gigantic. But I like that this has usb c.
Hyperice X is way better because it actually cools/warms the entire knee due to the thermal spreading technology in the silicone. Whereas this thing from Therabody only cools/warms directly underneath the 4 fans.
I agree. My main beef with hyperice is not using usb c for charging..just tired of cable clutter. Anyways another issue with Hyperice x on my pixel 6 seems to be occasionally it will stop and it needs my phone screen & the app to be active & open all the time for it to keep running else it shuts down. So it's hit or miss on Android.
Would you go with this one or the Hyperice one?
Actually never mind see you already got asked that!
Okay. Hyperice is my answer.
@@BestMassageTech can you explain a little bit why? I’m deciding between these two
@@BestMassageTech Just discovered your channel... I appreciate the content. I just subscribed.
@@PL2550Dolphins thank you!
How does it compare to a heating pad or ice directly on the knee?
I think it's comparable, but the temperature intensities are slightly less on both extremes. I would say that it's more beneficial at competing with a heating pad than a bag of ice - however there's not mess and it's more convenient than ice
@@BestMassageTech Thank you!
So it’s just Peltier
Can you play basketball in it?
I don’t think you’d comfortably be able to do that.
