Therabody's RecoveryTherm line is one of the newest lines to their toolbox of recovery tools. This line is focused on heating and cooling different parts of your body to assist with inflammation reduction and circulation improvement. The focus of the back wrap is definitely on promoting blood flow to the back and core. It's a combination of both heat and vibration make it a great tool for anyone that has menstrual cramps, core pain, or a tight back. It gets about as warm as a standard heating pad but comes with the convenience of being battery powered and attached by velcro so it can easily be worn on the go. Thanks for the kind words. Unfortunately, I haven't tried the venom 2 back, however of the devices I've tried, Hyperice seems to be the better avenue for the "thermal wear" products.
