She was such a sweetheart out of the many times I was lucky to meet her,she was a friend of my mother's, the evening/time that really stands out was when she took to the stage at The Barbican in London, a barefoot tribute to Gainsbourg, which was charmingly intimate & a condensed moment with a muse who was also a star.
I love a good kislux because it helps me decide if I want to buy the real thing or NOT." That part right there. That's IT. I feel like people stigmatize dupes but for me, I pause on large purchases that are trendy or when I feel the overconsumption mania setting in FOR ME. (It's something I struggle with LOL! I'm easily convinced to buy things I don't wear or use. They'll literally have the tags and I'll even forget I bought something and have 2 or 3 of them in my closet.) Love this video!
I think enthusiasm for a certain drug starting with H explains Kate and Pete. As far as Serge, he was a brilliant artist and apparently a great lover, regardless of his appearance.
Not every one is attracted to aesthetics. A lot of women (and some men) are attracted to power and influence. Also I've noticed, to attract a woman, you can either look nice or scary. You're attracted to monsters. You're all insane
I dunno people, for me she was! She had beautiful natural features (very hegemonic), a beautiful smile, a pretty skinny body with long legs, etc. And also, we had seen many pictures of her without make up (or little if any). A woman doesn't need big boObs, for example, to be considerer handsome. And, well, as my name might suggest, I'm not even Brit or French , so I'm not defending her because of that (Idk if this clarification is necessary, but just in case). To finish, of course there are/were other good-looking women in the world. Just giving my opinion :)
Birkin &Bardot both became advocates for animals to receive humane treatment. It’s funny that the free spirited Birkin was the inspiration for the bag that is a symbol of pretension. She only wanted one bag at a time and festooned it with her bohemian beach charm/souvenirs. I do not like Birkin bags, but I love her.
The real tragedy is the fact that the modern generations have passively accepted their mundane, subservient existence. Birkin and Gainsbourg enjoyed lives of passion unknown in modern times. Freedom’s without even acknowledging the judgment of others, never mind acquiescing to the rules others wish to impose. They were part of the sixties where their generation confronted negative judgment by not even acknowledging others disquiet, and my generation comprising the late seventies and early eighties benefited from the freedom of behaving as we wished. Perhaps that stirred society to pacify later generations and impose stifling compulsion upon them. But I hope our freedom and disregard isn’t the reason for the current spirit of compulsion that seems to smother the youth where they exist in electronic prison as remote as distant stars from society and varied experiences.
She seemed really sweet and interesting. There was definitely something sick going on in the home life. Upperclass Europeans act like they can get away with any kind of degeneracy they like. Look at the Dutroux case...🤮
It’s so crazy how Bridget Bardot went from the most beautiful woman in the world and she aged so badly. It’s insane to go from that height. I feel bad for her because not every woman can age like Sophia Lauren.

She is fascinating! I’m happy for your fond memories of such an icon. Thank you for sharing. ❤😊❤
She was a w….
I have respect for her now knowing about the alligator purse issue. Thanks for this. ❤
I'm sure I'm in the minority, but I have never heard of her until now.
I love Birkin bags. I would totally have to do a dupe, though.
Birkin is a complex figure rebellious but also talented. It needs to be looked at from many angles.
Being with the body for several days is totally normal: it's called a "wake".
What did she see in him… 😢
Sexual Attraction
Very, very good question.
Extreme talent and personality.
@@synewparadigm 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Apparently, he was quite girthy.
Thanks 🙏
Charlotte Gainsbourg is a wonderful actress…..❤
J’adore Jane B. ❤

If UA-cam ever institutes an award for most deadening, soul-less AI voice over, I nominate this one in advance.
Wondered about that song when i was young😅
11:57 that's _someone else_
He looks grubby, it’s like when Kate moss had a fling with Pete Docherty , I can’t understand it!

It's over ! = C'est fini ! in french.
Jane B was one of the most beautiful woman of the world. In which universe anyone would have thought otherwise?
Obviously in the eye of the beholder!
Not really
not sure..have you seen every other woman in the world.

It would be a cooler video if the audio pronounced names correctly
AI hasn't yet been perfected.
@@corposant I don't think this is AI. Just the usual mispronunciations.
I can deal with Gainsborg sounding like a Cambodian beer, but contrAversy and je'tammy hurt
100% agree!
62 is not a ripe age
I’ll be seventy on Friday

Bad times produce strong men. Strong men produce good times. Good times produce weak men.
Weak men produce bad times.
Did I hear "lasting so long with limited talent" ? That's nice.😳
I doubt that, you haven't meet my ex- girlfriends!!!

Achievements? Produced nothing but trash
You could say the same thing about the trashy provocative madonna...
a lot of these pics are waaay overtouched, they look either like AI or very close.
HELLO FRIENDS❤
-WoW-
Bardot is no perfect woman…go look up a deep dive on her.
Because she doesnt like watching her once beautiful country turned into a globalist sewer?
In terms of looks he meant...
🤮

BB really dint care anymore how she looked. She had the love for animals. She was disappointed by the glitz and glamour
