These rituals must be done for Fore Fathers and Father who passed away (Called Pitrudevatas) to fulfill their thirsty and hunger in Pitrudevata lokam, and to get their blessings which keeps our next generations safe and healthy

Without changing poonool to rightside ( prachinavidi) the shastri helps the man to do shardam. It is not correct.Kindly do not raise your thumbs with out knowing this.
It is to be done Praacheenavvethi , (shifting the Yagnopaveetham from left shoulder to right shoulder position) of Yaagnopaveetham. That is the Yagnopaveetham should not be in Savya postion, but to be in Apasavya position.

Apasavya to be done before tarpana. Didn't say in whose name tarpana is being done. Both fathers and mothers done. Without explanation this will go wrong badly. Not appropriate at all.
Ok it appears you know quite a bit about Tarpanam. Why not you share your knowledge so that other people can understand. It will be helpful to quote your source of information.
I think he could not say the names ...as than lay people will follow and say those names instead of their for forefathers!!!...yes the video could have been edited, subtitled to say what or when names need to be said etc..but than its just a simple video clip..and it does help for people overseas who do not have any means to do any such ritual to at least consider following this..until they can get to some one who can help them do better...so i appreciate this clip...especially in covid times when we are overseas and cannot get to temples or return home to do a proper ritual.
Sanathana dharma I believe gives me the freedom to believe in the God within me and the rituals as merely how I appease my soul...at the sublime level at least...so rituals make us feel peaceful and prayers to God helps the inner soul be satisfied..and in the same way I believe my forefathers will see and be happy for me and help me!!...this is my own take from all the Hindu teachings I have had and absorbed...Be at peace above mere rituals..

Very poor presentation. There is no asanam in the koorjam..Also pavithram should be disposed after completion of the tharpanam.sacred thread should be changed during tharpanam.The procedure is not acceptable.

Very fast and poorly done. Priest must slowly present each of the pitru's slogams and give time to the devotee to repeat the slogams. What about the names of the pitru's?

You didn't do it in apasavya reeti. Changing of sacred thread..you didn't mention
While the intent is good, there are some basic flaws. The Poonal (Yagnopaveetham) shoulder changes (upaveetham and pracheenaveetham) for different sections of the process are missing in this video. This is a critical flaw. It is also too much of a short cut to not mention gothram and forefathers' names during the tarpanam.
Can you make a video and make it available with what you perceived to be missing? Perhaps you should refer to the Garuda Puran
