I had never heard of this before however my mother died a year and a half ago and ever since her death, within weeks I began to notice a shift in my behavior, While I was not conscious of doing so I would only In retrospect realize that it resembled something she would have done or it would be pointed out to me by a family member which had never happened before , over the past 1.5 years it has intensified and Ive continued to find myself in situations similar to hers, which were not great, I am 39 years old and worked so hard my entire life to be everything that she wasn't as to be a stronger woman ...this makes a lot of sense and something to this effect kind of crossed my mind the other day as I just can't get over how uncanny it is I'm so grateful that I found this. thank you Sadhguru

@@TheMysticWorld Thankyou for the reminder , I had felt the negativity of abusive parents since my childhood but just accepted that's what i got because i was too ugly and unlovable.
It polluted me and filled me with a phobia that everyone expected me to be "just like my father" when they didnt know he was a violent abuser.
The deceased do indeed have an energy connection , some of them will drain ones energy parasitically , and people who are sensitive to energy would see me as having a "dirty energy" when in fact that is ancestral "hangers on" who cant ascend to higher dimensions.

@@stefanallen2987 Offering of water to your ancestor. First, offer water to sun and then turn to west direction offer water to ancestors, ask for forgiveness and thank them for your life. Ask them to bless you as well. There are different methods of tarpanam, but this one is the easiest and can do it almost everyday or once in a week. Hope this helps.

These are not complex rituals..only thing u could do is to donate food n clothes to either any nearby mandir priest or beggers n pray for them.. otherwise can arrange simple hawan at home n pray for them

Nearest Hindu Temple from my house is 60 km away and arranging hawan at home is quite tough as we need official permission to light fire at home. In India these things are simple although. But anyways thanks for the info.
@@swatichatterjee1513 Yes havan is great , I did it many years ago at an Ashram and there was good cleansing of the energy bodies , also did 9 day Navaratri with full saltwater cleanse of bowels too.
One method of cleaning energy is to fill a jug with warm water and lots of rock salt , pour it over the head and body while in the shower , or even better to do it outside under sunlight.
But they are just tools , Intentions are still required to be correct.
I personally believe that if you pray for them on the day, ask for forgiveness and blessings, it will help. A donation in their name is good too. They love us and wish us well. No matter what. This is just my personal belief. Because everyone does not have access to priests and temples.
