Jesus take the wheel!! Mr. Mitchell you show some beautiful homes. Affordable homes. The exterior of this home is the eye catching for me. I absolutely, positively love the brick and black combination. The interior is very nice and Yep, I like the gold . Basement is good ,I don't mind unfinished part. The backyard OMG ( OH my goodness) is completely on fire 🔥 🔥 🔥 as I really, really like that black deck unbelievable. So much space to add pool ,cut down just a few tree to build backyard oasis for relaxation purpose. Good to know that you have the hook up for the trees as you are my realtor in my head, although I'm still not ready 😢. The finale for me is the lake. Being able to look out the window and view the lake. WOW, I smiled when I saw. Is the lake community property for the folks in the neighborhood or open to the public? And by the way would like to know more about the taxes you mentioned. Seem like Stone Mountain and Mc Donough will be the cities. Hopefully this type of beauty will be available when I'm ready. Also before I forget, I don't mind plastic in bathtub as easy fix for brick . 10 across the board. Being saved to email for future references.
Yes, Yes. No carpeting in this house is what I like. My name is Gene. The W is the first letter in my last name. Love watching your home tours. You're right. Plastic showers look cheap, although they're costly. I have know people who spent 10k on a plastic shower, when you can get a marble shower for way less.
I don't care for the kitchen counters 😂 you and those spider webs *Love the deck and keep the trees for the privacy and yeah take out those 3 trees you said. 😄 those odd spaces, I would put a door on them, shelves and use them for storage and Goodness No on the plastic tubs 😂🤣 You are sooo funny! *question ? 🙋 Those houses you shown been empty that long that they have developed spider webs? *Everyone Be Safe *
I think the black bathroom fixtures is much sexier than the gold. Just an opinion. Taxes on every house is different, since towns, cities and counties set their tax rates
These house types was 200k at most years ago. I wouldnt touch a house while rates are at 6 to 7 % if i aint gettn under 2% it aint a deal. They kno what they doin. Dont buy a house. Dont. Until rates drop
@@bbkingme8831 terrible advice, one you’ll never see 2% again, 2. buying while rates are up means it’s easier to get the home, 3. If the rates drop you’ll already have the home which you can refinance with the lower rate or if the drop it means the price of your homes is going to go up so you could sell and get a new home with a lower rate and make a profit
Do they count basements as square footage? Most people I know that have renovated basements tell me it's not included in square footage of house because it's below ground. However, you can sometimes count bedrooms in the basement in the listing of the house if they have egress windows.
If it’s finished they count the square footage and they’re only supposed to count the rooms if they reach the size requirement with a window and closet but some appraisers only look for a closet
Backyard definitely isn't impressive at all and most of those trees need to be cut down. Some insurance companies will not insure you if big trees are too close to the house.
Very nice...Someone will love it..
I like this house
I like this house. It’s the perfect size, not too big and not too small
Love the light fixture in the dining room.
Yes!. I would love to see videos on learning more about real estate. I plan on purchasing my 1st home soon. 🙌🏾
I can't get enough of your honest, hilarious and informational commentary. Keep it up and never change. Also, I love the accent!!!

Oh ok I got you Gene
🎉 nice
Everyone has access to the lake there. I lived there for 10 years
Nice house! Rooms are decent, not a fan of gold fixtures but that's an easy fix. I would definitely put my stamp on the basement.
@@just_mike613 the gold kind of changed my opinion a little
Once you go with black, you'll never want to go back to gold. Lol Black makes things look more elegant
@@genew5758 Black is definitely timeless. The gold/brass doesn't age well IMO.

Yes but they change according to the type of property as well. Ex. Is if it’s a rental or primary residence
🤗
I would be interested in how property works. Georgia waives or reduces taxes for seniors can you discuss that Especially.
