Another breathe taking house. 1) The ceilings and windows. 2) Spherical rooms in the entire house. 3) Library/ boardrooms was definitely reminiscent of 1800 French architecture. This home 20 plus years ago was full of current style, but it has good bones. Whomever purchases it will have a beautiful gem once they dump a least another million into it.
For this price, you may as well come on down to my neighborhood in Lake Spivey which happens to be the largest PRIVATE lake in the state of Georgia. At least you'll be able to enjoy water sports with jet skis and boats with your own boat dock in your back yard.

The exterior of this nice home should have been either stone or brick not stucco! dining room should have been a little longer & wider. New England viewer.
It’s a nice house but for that kind of money? It’s only a 1 1/2 acre lot? For $5.25million? I don’t want to see any neighbors house for at least a mile down the road as I am driving by. The taxes and upkeep alone over time will be a financial liability no matter how much money you have. I know from experience owning two beautiful homes in different states that it just gets more costly every year because taxes don’t go down and upkeep never seems to end. Helene came through and ripped the majority of the roof off and even with great insurance coverage? That deductible is still a few thousand dollars upfront. Just replaced the fence around the backyard in April of one house at almost $9000 because the yard is so big but.. That’s unpainted/stained. Getting that done is going to cost almost as much as the fence install. I may suit up and rent a sprayer to do it myself even though I can afford to pay someone. I just don’t want to think about $15000 for a darn fence. 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ Just sold one property a year ago and was glad to get rid of it. Looking into selling this one soon too. I could have been traveling more often with the money I have put into this home and the taxes I pay. 🙄🫤😐
Is it worth over 5 mill USD? Nope ALL the furinture got to go, its hideously and do not fit the color of the home... Brown is boring. No pool is a no no.... It needs a real make up for being worthy of a 5 mill USD home... The structure of the home is really nice so thhere is a foundation to work on
