Love this entrance w/ the wide steps/sidewalk leading to the grand cathedral-style entrance!! The wet bar with that 3-beamed ceiling and lighting and faux stone material. YES!!! Quartz countertops thru out the dining/kitchen, guess bath, and laundry areas 👍🏿!! Beautiful HW floors!! I could live forever in that grand premiere BdR and master bath 😌!!!Lots of cabinets/space!! Beautiful Home 🏡 💕.. It Looks Like A Vacation Home Soon As U Walk In.. Definitely Like The Outdoors Front & Back.. Everything Was Exciting To Me Until The Primary Bedroom Had The Closets In The Bathroom.. 😅🤣🤣🤨.. I Know, I Know! 💩🤦♀️
This is a nice house. I would make that area next to the media room a game room, that's about it. I also wouldn't have a sunken family room. Overall, this is a great hill country home.

Hmmm I like the house, but definitely not my style!!! Love how spacious the house is, but not feeling the narrow hallways within the house. The ceiling height is very grand I must say!!!! Not a fan of sunken rooms because I see those as tripping hazard for children, elderly, and yourself even!!! I think about the future and growing old in a house and just think it’s smart to have safety and create a flow that safe for disabled people. Not a fan of the barn doors and the horrible window treatments in the house!!! Overall really like the house even though it’s not my personal taste but still a very nice house!!! I grade the house 10/10!!! Great video Marcus!!!
