I don't have enough words to say how worth ur channel akke. I really appreciate slow & minimalist life style since it calm my mind & reduce my workload. I have a three years son, with him it was really difficult to manage the things. I used to get angry with everyone even though I know something is wrong I didn't know what was that. Little by little I'm trying to get a calm mind. The best micro habit I started this month is waking up 4.30 a.m. (SL). It helps me to start the day slowly. Budusaranai.
Well done for adding micro habits into your life. Master that slowly and patiently until you get used to that. Thank you for sharing. I am happily waiting to hear your next month's micro habit. ♥️♥️👍

Iresha I play your videos loud on repeat when my kids are around while doing my chores. One of my 9 year old twin daughters started asking all kinds of questions about uou😂. “ mommy is she your friend? Is she your favorite UA-camr etc., then she asked what your name is?
I said “Iresha “ she said it a few times and said it’s a very beautiful name. So Is it an Australian name ?😁
My kids are not familiar with SriLankan names so she was highly curious n excited and sadly they don’t speak Sinhala. . now she listens to your vlogs. 😂 and I m a full time translator !
They listen to children s guided meditation n affirmations before school and they said your voice is like a meditation!! 😊
They think Sri Lankans usually talk loud and fast 😀Mainly bcos we live in Japan . Culture shock!
