I don't care what anybody says, lamer is awesome. I may use other brands but I always go back to lamer. I haven't found a product that compares yet. Love it. Worth every penny.

I am glad you mentioned the key ingredient Seaweeds. People on YT keep saying it is the same as Nivea cream, no it’s not. I used both and La Mer is a miracle and Nivea is just a cream.

I love La Mer and Estee Lauder. I keep being influenced by other people who say La Mer is nothing but mineral oil (dermatologists on here) yet my skin loves it and has never looked better. Also their serum foundation is virtually undetectable on the skin if you use a light layer, it’s incredible. Thanks for a great video. ❤️❤️ The eye concentrate is incredible but I think they’ve reformulated it and the reviews on their website are terrible, people complaining of irritation and burning

Enjoyed your video informative. I have tried close to 40 moisturizers so far and have to say lamer is the best. Yes the price point is high but good things cost money. Quality over quantity has always been a good policy. I first tried it when I got a free trial size sample with purchase and liked it enough to buy it in a smaller jar used it up rather quickly and went back and bought it again. I feel that it’s worth peppering ourselves, ladies. I like that your review of the product was positive and went into the ingredients and labor it takes to make it kind of explains on you get what you pay for. ❤ ☮️

Years ago I went to an advanced class by La Mer, and they spoke about how Estée Lauder was finally able to recreate Max Huber's Miracle Broth - very interesting! They combed through all his notes and notebooks and found that certain Light needed to shine on the broth as it ferments ( 3 months I believe) and a particular classical composer was also played (don't recall which composer)- something about the frequency of the music affected the broth fermentation. They were serious. They were finally able to reproduce it by doing all those things in addition to normal fermentation biochemistry. I would love to get my hands on the actual broth concentrate! It is definitely a unique component.

You have a flawless complexion! I am 71 years old and a La Mer user. I just happen to stumble on this product about 5 years ago and got hooked. It does makes my complexion hydrated (I have dry and aging skin). Love this product and your video.

Love this video! I love skincare, I'm a formulator and biologist myself. I think La Mer is quite interesting, and not all luxury skincare are bad, vice versa. Their newer Soft Cream is better than the classic one imo, which I find very drying for normal to drier skin types.
Would love to hear you analyzing Tom Ford Research series! They just launched an algae + white cocoa + caffeine Essence and Emulsion. And TF skincare products are all fragrance-free.

I LOVE this series. No, I didn’t hear the ambulance and I have a dog’s ear! 😂 As an ingredient junkie and chemistry nerd, I love it when you speak truth to science and ingredients. I come from a family with autoimmune disorders. My Mum had rosacea and I have had a few bouts with it myself;but, I have lupus which means I have the malar rash (i.e, butterfly mask) and I have used La Mer to combat it. I’m not phased by fragrance and my red swollen hot skin responds to the soft cream moisturizer. I also use the Sisley Velvet Sleeping Mask for this same purpose and it too eases the heat and redness when my skin is grumpy. I use Clé De Peau as my skincare everyday now; but, I have both of these brand’s to as an adjunctive when I have flares. As you say what one is willing to pay is subjective and because it works for me, I’m willing to pay for it. I prefer it as a first step intervention before I consider taking doxycycline and using “MetroGel”:both prescriptions. But, if is so bad I will and I use those two brands along with the prescription regimen. I look forward to your next review beautiful Sean!!! 💌

I do such as patch testing in the middle of your arm for 72 hours just to make sure you don’t have an adverse reaction to it before making the investment. Hope this helps

Hello Georgia so I know you said you have all of the products...so here is an easy rule of thumb to follow is to apply your products with the thinnest consistency to thickest, or from liquid to cream. Cleanser, toner, serum, eye cream, spot treat, moisturizer then any oils at night ... if day time use same order but instead of using oil go ahead and use your sunscreen.

Do you know if La Mer exfoliates? Lime tea seems like an exfoliating ingredient. I just had to stop using skii because the acids in it were too exfoliating for me to use it every day, well it was also giving me a rash too. I just just don’t want to purchase la mer, use it and then find out it exfoliates so I can’t use it every day because of that. Thanks!!!!
Hey thank you for this question so the thing is using an exfoliate her every day is going to be a lot 2 to 3 times a week depending on your skin type. Oil your skin types tend to exfoliate up to the three times a week. I don’t know what all you’re using but sometimes when you’re using products from other lines along with an already strong product that has an exfoliating acid in it it’s going to make the skin become irritated.
Lamar is great it’s gentle on the skin. La Mer has the replenishing oil exfoliate her but I don’t think you need that considering you’re trying to heal the skin. The Crème de La Mer is excellent for healing the skin

OK this would be one you can use Juana because it is enriched with seaweed which is an even better as a humectant than your hyaluronic acid. If you go to your nearby Nieman Marcus or Saks they can give you a sample

Hi! I've just purchased the La Mer Concentrate in the UK heatwave, I hope this doesn't seem like a silly question, but would this product change in hot weather? It's got warm and I wonder if that does something to the consistency or potency? xxx
OK so definitely this is not a silly question at all and in fact this is a really great one… I would store that in someplace a very cool just because they are preservatives in there that will become depleted with heat getting to it overtime… So if you can store it may be in the refrigerator or someplace cool in your bedroom then you’re going to be fine
@@SeanKBeauty thank you for confirming this - frustratingly it got overheated in a delivery truck today in the sweltering heat so I didn't feel comfortable using it incase the ingredients became unstable!
