  • Here are some tips to help with vocal hygiene with
    8 hours of sleep per night at least
    Humidifier in room where sleeping
    Keep mucus thin by drinking water
    Eating - avoid dairy, nuts, spicy food, herbal tea (throat coat)
    Self care - take yourself and your instrument seriously - you are precious!
