  • Salmon is one of my favourite healthy dishes so i thought i'd share my recipe with you guys!
    Soy sauce marinated Salmon with Salmon Rice Bowl, a taste you can't stop once you taste it! In general, which is as delicious as soy sauce marinated crab and soy sauce marinated shrimp, can be easily made at home if you have salmon. The taste of the non-steamed soy sauce is softly cut and matured for about a day, and the chewy and tangy texture is revived, making it an excellent side dish to be called a rice thief. You can enjoy wasabi, radish, onion, quail eggs, eggs, etc. according to your taste and taste more delicious! Marinated Salmon and Salmon Rice Bowl(donburi or sake donburi) that wrap around your mouth! Make it delicious and enjoy!
    Ingredients
    400g Salmon
    100g Onion
    1 Hot green pepper
    Seasoning Soy Sauce
    10oz (295ml) Water
    8oz (236ml) Soy sauce
    2 Tbsp Mirin
    2 Tbsp Sugar
    3 Garlic
    5g Ginger
    20g Green onion
    1 Dried pepper
    10ea Black pepper corns
