  • Chef Andreu Genestra restaurant at the Predi hotel in Son Jaumell was recognized in 2015 with one Michelin star and the sustainable green star. In Palma he has Aromata, a cuisine with the same essence: local products, careful preparation and Mallorcan tradition in cooking, what he calls "cuina de la terra". His new restaurant: the Mediterranean, at Hotel Zoëtry, has a philosophy of sustainable cuisine by showing the evolution of Mallorca's gastronomy. A concept that harmonizes with authentic flavors, native ingredients, and the aromas of Mallorca.
