TASTE OF MALLORCA with Søren Svenningsen at BiniVista

In 2017 the Danish entrepreneur Søren Svenningsen got the idea of creating a unique winery on Mallorca, and the same year Bodega BiniVista was founded. They purchased 30 hectares of prime land area situated in the heart of the largest wine region not far away from Binissalem and the mountain rage Sierra de la Tramuntana. The place of the estate also gave name to the Bodega BibiVista - the home of the view. From the very start there was three corner stones: they are organic, they do everything by hand with skilled people and they have a very special water system under the soil. The ambition from the beginning was and still is to make the best vines and wines in the world.
