Some national guard units don't have much security. Talking from experience in 2011 all we had was om fence and gear duty who watched our gear. I was in the national guard. And an armor unit at that. I was trained on the M1A1. When I got to my unit, all of my fellow guardsmen were fat, imbecilic and drunk most of the time. For the most part, they didn't even know how to operate the tank. Being fresh from training, I had to show staff sergeant and sergeants how to operate much on the M1. It was a joke. They were playing soldier. Even their PT test was self administered because half of those fucks couldn't pass it on their own. This was in the mid 90s. So yeah, that's how. I tried to go active duty and they delayed my paperwork because of retention to the point where I just left when my enlistment was up. If you're thinking about joining the military and you actually want to be a soldier, stay away from the guard. If you liked ROTC and just want that feeling once a month, the guard is for you.

The tank could have regained its traction at that point in time. He refused to stop engaging the controls of the tank. He did not surrender. His hands were at the controls of a deadly weapon that he was attempting to engage. Even before this, the use of deadly force was justified the second he refused to stop the tank. And deadly force was especially justified when he started running into vehicles and structures. It is fortunate that no one was in the vehicles that he struck and that he did not hit any pedestrians.

Why would anyone come to that facility voluntarily, only to phone for drugs, if they can get out of the hospital anytime? There's literally nothing to do, it's boring as hell, so why take the only thing, that can assure we are not bored as hell, our smartphones???

When I was young (1980s) we had a Army Tank in a park, we could climb in it and play with it. It couldn't move and it wasn't armed or anything and we loved playing on it .....until a veteran came up and told us stories of how many young Americans lost their lives in these tanks. We felt sorry and we looked differently at those tanks after that.

The last statements you made in this video is enough to make anyone snap.
I was injured, lost my wife(that I deeply loved) and continued to battle life's calamity challenges on a daily basis.
So without the drugs in my case I know how the mind can torment a once healthy person.
He lost everything that meant something to him. He was trapped with no way out on his own.
    very sad.
