The Traveler, Gardener and Passage. They all are like continuations or different emotional varients of each other with different intensities. Tranquility is amazing too.
I have a feeling The Final Shape's OST is going to pull a lot from vanilla Destiny 1 with the marketing it's been using so far. I'm excited with the potential remakes and new tracks they'll cook up.
Unless you played the Alpha you wouldn't have heard this. The Alpha's files weren't obtained until recently, so we just discovered that this was even there.
@@AtlyxMusic How interesting. Alpha files from years ago turning up now? I remember hearing this varient at E3 waiting areas in vlogs I think mainly 2:08 onwards I remember hearing this in the background of some videos back then possibly.
It's such a shame that D2 has gone for a more action/triumphant style of music rather than stick with the original mysterious/otherworldly themes of the original game. I really want Bungie to go back to the way D1 was with it's music so I can enjoy D2 a little more
They lost so much when they lost Marty. The music, sure, but even the tone of the writing and direction. The Destiny we didn't get is much better than we'll ever have.
Apparently this prototype version was revealed to the internet maybe 6 years ago? I found another video with the music: ua-cam.com/video/_kBrxYJsh-8/v-deo.html
Apparently this was revealed to the internet maybe 6 years ago? I found this video (can't send link because UA-cam will strike me down and touch me): Destiny OST - The Great Unknown (Alpha Version) To my knowledge, it was revealed during an interview with none other the big man himself Martin O'Donnell
hearing this in the D1 Alpha was the instant moment I fell in love with Destiny
Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, takes me back to this time of my life like the Destiny 1 soundtrack. Utterly unmatched by anything before or since.

I remember hearing this as my dad booted up the d1 alpha. Here I am now going strong as a destiny 2 player 9 years later. Miss him.
♥
Holy shit this is amazing. I seriously miss the Direction and Style D1 had going.
I love how different but similar this is, I’ve never actually heard the alpha version before to my knowledge!

2:09 onwards is amazing omg
Goddamn man, fondly remember sinking my teeth into the Alpha and immediately being hooked.
This Track MUST BE IN D2
10 fucking years.
This terrible and wonderful game damn near raised me
In the joint made u a

God, I love the use of these chime like at 2:00 onwards that you would hear in a lot of the og music.
It's so beautiful this music for a years.
Chills literally all over my body, like I was reliving that moment again for the first time
The memory’s In this song man
The first 13 seconds gave me VERY strong Halo: ODST vibes.
I gotta learn how to download these from utube just in case. Cause I love this one. Lost variants of it once don’t wanna loose it again.
so beautiful and nostalgic
Thank you so much for getting this, the track makes me cry every time considering I heard this first in the beta over half of my life ago.
It does bring back memories
10 years since that game came out.
Marty the goat
Oh the nostalgia hits more harder than Utsuho Reiuji from Touhou Project
What brought up the nuclear birb in your head?
Eh her theme hits hard so why not
@@Hellspawn4u Fair enough, ill respect it.

Nah the leaked scraps of the original story we got sounded pretty lame
Reminds me of Eno, beautiful and ethereal
I have a few different versions of the alpha soundtracks. D1 has the best music!
I’m guessing this is before the track “Eighth” came to be
Great Unknown was the first ever Destiny track made I believe so yes.
That's the Destiny I know
so no one is gonna say how or who discovered that build and how to find it? or someone who is documenting it online?
How did you manage to get this? I've never heard it before.
Either way, thank you for archiving such a high quality track.
