- This video is part of the February collaboration by Rachel and a Bella Crafts where creators share ideas that make creating junk journals a more fun and smooth process. I start by sharing 10 ideas on ways to use unwanted, excess or underloved paper, then we create a small journal project using a sheet of 12” x 12” paper. Once the video loads (fingers crossed. I think all the ways to use up unloved or an abundance of paper are such great ideas. You have given me so many ideas! thank you so much. One of my favorites is to cut paper in strips and put a die cut over it. That was so cute as were all of them...so much fun!
I used to be a card maker, so I have a lot of scrapbook papers that don't work with my new love (junk journals). So excited to watch you use up the poor unloved. Thanks for the great ideas, Cori! Cheers from Denver CO!

Yours was the first channel I discovered when I started my junk journaling crafting life. I love these little journals, however I have to come back to see the exactness of getting it together. I've only made 4 so far, but I think I'm getting better. It's just folding and attaching that 2nd part and getting all the folds and cuts correct. Thanks so much, Cori, for your time and expertise in bringing new challenges to us!!!

Thank you for these wonderful tips on using 12 x 12 paper that you might not like or have parts that you aren't fond of. You showed some very clever and useful ways. I'm new to all of this so there are definitely some tips and tricks that I can use in my journaling journey.
