The best chemistry in a lineup isn’t when everyone is hitting, it's when there are hitting batters that shore up non-hitting batters all year long, with the roles changing frequently. Yanks are in this groove right now. Bottom of the lineup carried the top of the order, and now the top carries the bottom of the order. As guys slump and come back from it, there's no better synchronicity for a baseball team.

Judge getting hot also helps Stanton. When the hitters #1-#4 get on base then pitchers have to pitch to Stanton. And so far he has been coming through. This lineup hasn't hit it's stride yet. Could be a fun summer.
1:32 Aaron judge is the best goddamn player in baseball and I personally think when his when his when he got really hot and when the Umpire threw him out of the game for no reason at all it like that umpire made the fire🔥 that already lit turn into and inferno

Re Rizzo: He has a club option for 2025 for 17mil which I doubt the Yankees will pick up. I think the Yankees want to get as much as they can from him for the 17mil they're paying him this year. I hope DJ comes back but I doubt that if he does he'll have an impact because of the amount of time he's been out now.

I think Berti is kinda of a valuable trade commodity, when DJ comes back. He has an extra year of control and can play a lot of positions. You already have Oswaldo to take over 3B and play all over the place so if you can flip Berti for a lefty reliever (like Garret), why not.
We both knew that fans were overreacting to Judge. He looks like he's back to himself. Judge is mortal and baseball is a long season. Everything will level off in the long run. He is too great of a player for it to be otherwise. You would think his track record is enough, but with Yankee fans it never is.
Agreed, yankees fans being Yankees fans and at first I was highly offended on the booing of Judge. But thinking about it further, I’m good wirh the booing. It lets the player know the fans see that they are not producing, they care deeply and are frustrated. This weeds out the mentally weak players with the tough ones. Judge is most certainly the latter. He is everything we could want in a player and captain! And now the fans who gave up on him might understand how weak they are!
@@erickoch9045 I'm loyal to Judge. The guy has been the face of the franchise since Jeter retired. He's a Yankee and so am I. NY sports fans are brutal. I know. I'm one of them. But baseball isn't football. It's a long season. Before you know it, you look up and a guy has played to the back of his baseball card.
We wont know if the Yankees are for real until August. Remember how the Rays started last year? Remember how they finished?
