I already installed the stereo in my f150 I have an AMP Kicker but the volume is at maximum and I cannot control it from the stereo or from the steering wheel, the stereo says it is at 0 but it does not sound very loud
If I were to purchase one of these units today for my 2017 F350, would the E10 unit have the latest Android OS pre-installed? My concern is if an app I'd ike to use reaches end of life because of the version of Android OS is too old.

I believe the wire they ran was for the tailgate control. They mentioned that if you were installing their rear camera you would run the cable the same as shown.
Using the factory 360 camera system only requires connecting the harness that controls the tailgate. If you only have a factory rear camera but want to upgrade to an AHD rear camera, you need to connect the E10 to the AHD camera on the tailgate with a wire harness. But we already have a new solution that saves you the trouble of connecting a long wire harness. Just change a plug at the tailgate location and utilize the factory rear camera harness to transmit signals and control the tailgate.

Can you make a video or show some pictures as to how we can avoid running the cable to the tailgate and just using the factory 360 camera with the system?

E10 cannot directly use the factory MIC. But for the sake of aesthetics, we made the MIC look like an OEM, so that it can be hidden in the top control panel just like the OEM MIC. This is a unique approach among aftermarket products.
We support factory 360 cameras, it should be noted that we only have front view and rear view outputs on our cables, if you want to use aftermarket 360 cameras, you need to buy the all-in-one 360 camera

@@yuluautomotive7433 it was indeed the cable, the mic now works. I believe my TLINK app needs to be updated/replaced it will not connect even though I’m connected via Bluetooth. Also, I purchased a Verizon SIM card and service, however after activating it in my iPad and confirming it was activated and worked. I installed in in E10 and when I turned on “Cellular Data” in settings it said SIM card disabled. So, I purchased a mobile hotspot with the hopes I could connect the E10 via Wi-Fi and have mobile internet to drive the apps while using Bluetooth to operate CarPlay. Sometimes the E10 would connect to the hotspot, but TLINK will not connect now. Prior to the SIM card exercise, a number of times when the TLINK would connect, the CarPlay music would only play out of the drivers tweeter speaker. I’ve reached out three times in the past 2 days via the What’s App chat with no response, I’ve also left a voicemail (today was the first time when I called the number I was able to leave a voicemail) I’ve also sent a message through Amazon where I purchased the unit. I really need to speak to someone on the phone, these issues are to convoluted and numerous to resolve in a chat.

I have a non working oem 360 degree camera because of the IPMB module went bad If I buy this unit you think my existing 360 degrees camera would work for the unit? I would have to spend $2500 to the dealer get my 360 degree camera working
The factory 360 module is necessary for the E10. Go to ebay to buy IPMB modules, you only need to spend very little money. Make a note of the SN on your OEM module, search for it on ebay.

Anyone else having issues with the bracket not connecting? Everything else is set up correctly but the bracket is not "snapping in place" similar to the guys struggle in the video.
The factory MIC cannot be used directly, because the electrical reference is different. But we have another MIC that can be installed in the factory MIC position, which looks the same as the factory MIC and is also installed in the sunroof control panel. If necessary, please ask for it from the after-sales service personnel after purchasing the E10.
Please check that the plug on the back of the A/C control panel is connected correctly and that the pins in the socket are not bent. E10 retains the original A/C system and there is no electrical connection with the A/C, which will not affect the normal operation of the A/C. If the A/C is not working, there must be something wrong with the installation. If you still can't find out the reason, please contact our after-sales engineer. Thanks!

What is the difference between the port 1 USB (factory) and port 2 in the glovebox? Does the second one carry data?
If your original SYCN is SYCN2/3,the USB Port 2 can be connected to your original screen USB cable in order for your factory USB port to work

You don't need to buy any additional adapters for this.

I know this reply is old but I wonder if he didn't transfer the clips from the old bracket to the new bracket? That wasn't shown in the video.
