Came here from the video from 13 years ago... the singer is obviously good, but for those who watched the previous video as well, you can see how there is a drastic improvement in the guitarist.
This feels so surreal, especially considering how they were in university (my guess from the previous video's background) when they sang this 13 years ago.
They were in the college, that's a Thai university uniform.

The guitarist is so smooth with it now! It was already amazing 13 years ago, but now she seems like she could play with her eyes closed!
Her singing skills have come so far and my gods her guitar skills have developed so so much! Still prefer the original, but their other work since has been incredible!

Damn, in the original, the guitar playing was a little rocky, a little out of time here and there, and the girl looked so nervous. Now she just rips through it without even trying. Crazy how much someone can improve over time.

13 years ago. Me and my best friend were in middle school. looking at their video we decide to make similar video with my friend singing and me playing piano. We were not satisfied with the outcome so we didn't upload it. Fast forward we were still close even after 14 years being a good friend. 2 years ago we planned to retake the song after both of us improve our skill by taking class for years. But 1 week before we start recording, he passed away from a disease. Now looking at this video makes me cry. I really miss him :')

I’ve actually got a best friend whom I have known for 14 years, and the only reason we stayed close friends is that we keep in touch, and friendship evolves as you get older and our friendship has nicely matured over the year ☺️
When it comes to finding friends like that, you don’t find them, it just sneaks up on you and surprises you by staying. Hopefully you’ll find someone who can be that! It’s always nice to have a friend whose been through thick and thin with you 😊
