So happy! I do the exact same thing too with the line art transferring when I’m painting. Newbie oil painter here so it helps me a lot and focus on just painting. Excited for the part 2! 🥹🫶🏻

Excited for part 2! Do underpainting/toning help to set up for the colors your going to layer on top of it, like adding a different value since your not painting on a white background? Simply: How do underpaintings work?

Lol yeah, the UA-cam algorithm is so fickle! But could also just be the content? Who knows... either way I'll just keep trudging ahead and keep posting painting videos. 😅

I thought you just hadn’t been posting, but there’s like 40 videos I’ve never seen. I have a lot of respect for you focusing on what’s best for your art rather than whatever the algorithm happens to be prioritizing.

Oh no part 2
There are more subscribers than content because when you look at these thumbnails they give an inpression of a magical and highly cinematic filming but it's not like that when you play it (thats something I felt)
My intention isn't to be rude but I hope you get my point and it nay help you in growing more
I’ve always said tracing is like a baby skeleton, helpful but the bones aren’t fused properly right away, hence the sketch over the trace
Haha what a great way to put it! Yeah pure tracing without much thought does end up with anatomy that feels "disjointed" at times.
