If you had problems bleeding the coolant system you should check your radiator cap. I had same troubles until I read the service manual and discovered my car had the wrong cap. With a cap specifically made for c4 with a coolant spare tank there is two arrows on the lid wich should be aligned with the hose outlet on the radiator neck. After purchasing the right cap I drained and refilled my coolant in the radiator and the system bleeds itself. Before that I had to bleed it multiple times to get the air out and the low coolant light came on and off intermittent every time I drove
I recommend 5mg of Dilantin, calm down, talk to the car a little more, it will treat to better....lol. Really, my '96 is still loving on me and no sending unit failures yet. Thank you, great video!
Hi Jerr, Sorry for my questions but I really need your orientation, We think that the C4 has a bubble in the coolant sistem, do you know where is the screw for to open the sistem and take of the air??
If this is an 87 with aluminum heads your using the wrong type of coolant. You should be using the Dextron brown coolant. Will help with the corrosion of the heads to block. Dont ask how I know....

Look at you listening to Conway Twitty! Jerr is the man!!!
Hi Jerr, what do you think is the best temperature range in the coolant????
I can tell you what it was made to run at. The fans don't even turn on until 228 degrees. They were made to run hot to reduce emissions.
@@JerrSpud and do you have idea if c4 use 1 or 2 termostat??
@@ricardoestebansantelicesre6978 all small block Chevys have only one thermostat in the water neck
@@JerrSpud thanks a lot for your answers!!!, you are the Best!
